Kazim-Richards looks as useless as the rest of them, but to be fair to him he has not had any significant time on the pitch, maybe he can play, no Derby fan knows yet. If he does come on, then we need to see him for 30 minutes to give him a chance.

Aha, turns out he can play and is pretty much what we have been looking for... You would have thought the coaching staff of 4 would have known that.

Best half of the season. Great decisions by Rooney to stop playing himself, play an actual centre forward and finally start Sibley.

Forsyth attacking like he used too. Holmes has been great and lovely finish too.

Still think it was daft not starting Byrne and Knight but Davies done well and Wisdom solid but not much attacking threat. Kazim has had more good touches than the rest of our forwards all season.

Jozwiak for Lawrence after about 55 mins, then Knight for Davies on 60.

Jozwiak and Knight on now would be better.

Bird and Knight were regulars in the 2nd half of last season ?

When we fell off the cliff.

Buchanan all over the place for Bristol goal, knight the same for boros 2nd. Too much running around is sometimes just as bad as not running around.

Not exactly pretty, but effective to be fair. Normally I’d be slightly disappointed that we’ve reached the point where we have resorted to playing Wycombe at their own game, but we’ve scored a goal from open play, so all reason is out the window at the moment?

Football lost a GOAT in Maradona this week, but it’s found another one in CKR. What a man. Criticised the lineup at the start, but I’ll hold my hands up, the “ugly” side is definitely working. We’re showing a lot more attacking threat and creativity, and there’s a lot more effort and energy on show out there. It’s been simple but effective - we’ve created a lot more chances than in other recent games. The only worry is we haven’t taken more of them. This game is far from over, and we need to keep going and score more goals - not sit back like we have in the past. Vital second half now.
