I really wanted to like this post. It’s perfect until the last phrase. The last phrase is a great example of the ignorance and racism in this country. They’re not Saudi. Yes our history is not perfect but we abolished the slave trade and in terms of people's rights freedom of speach, women's status, right to a fair trial we are about as Liberal as it gets.
