There's been a few rumours on Twitter and on here through Carl that Johnson and possibly Butterfield are both signing for Blackburn this week. Checking on Transfermarkt, the lads going across are all 18 or over, while Sibley's still 17. Maybe there's some restrictions in place. With him training with the first team the other day you would imagine it's not just because he's not being considered for the first team yet.
