I'm actually just a volunteer. I've done over 30 hours this week already (answering phones, selling tickets) and another 6 tomorrow (including a couple of ground tours!) Mucker1884 Posted January 26, 2019 Share Posted January 26, 2019 This whole thread doesn’t affect me, as I’ll be watching from afar, on a screen with The Mediterranean sun reflecting on it, knocking back tinto de verano (Spanish dark fruits!) and tapa, moaning about it being too warm in the sun! I have to say though, that our new friend “Stanleyhouse” has been an absolute brick, and is a credit to his club. Brilliant thread this. Extremely helpful to those who are heading up there. If only every club had a similar ambassador. I tried and tried to get a ticket with no joy so will find a pub with a couple of mates but I appreciate the effort you have made for those lucky enough to be going. How much more pleasant is this thread than arguing with Leeds fans about who take more fans away. After today, all the best for the rest of the season mate. C'mon Derby fans make us proud.
