I thought Vyds in the Leeds game showed a masterclass in the tenacity required when playing his role. I hope young KP was taking note. We'll need more of the same again today.

No vydra makes you wonder where the goals are going to come from but it's time for others to step up and contribute. 

Hope Lawrence can build on his performance from Wednesday and we take our early chances

I agree but on the plus side his deputy KP did bag when coming on the other night. I think we'll miss Vyds link up play and tenacity just as much as his goals.

Maybe be able to hold onto possession a bit better with Palmer but Vydra is such a loss to our attack, we look a bit undynamic without him. 

Interesting to see how we cope mentally, if other attacking players are going to step up they need to today. They know they can’t rely on Vyds to produce a bit of magic today, hopefully that gives them all a bit more drive to do something themselves, particularly Lawrence.

We got schooled by Reading earlier this season, Rowett will have learnt a lesson from that.
