Premier and Champioship clubs in alphabetical order. Remaining clubs in order the 2nd round fixtures were drawn.

I think the top two divisions are numbered alphabetically. After that it will be based on the results of previous ties. So number 45 would be the winner of the first second-round tie drawn out of the hat and so on. Just guessing and not checking, but that would make sense.

I take it back. I just checked to be sure and that's exactly the methodology used.
