The first goal we put ourselves under necessary pressure the second goal is totally amateurish but the last goal is the worst in my opinion. their keeper didn't have a save to make and we could have easily conceded two more. On that topic I was talking to my friend Bill who also went to the game. A lifetime Ram with a sensible head who's seen a lot of football . I didn't see the game but his feeling was that although we were initially unlucky that didn't negate the lack of drive from the advanced midfield. He reckoned too much backs to goal when receiving the ball. Not enough anticipating forward intent. Not enough turn and run. In essence a bit passive. Seemed to slip back to our slower paced game ? Always different when you watch the game a few days later, when you know the result it removes all the expectation and knee jerk emotion that the live game brings. Not saying its the best way to watch football, the emotions are what makes the game so special but it's never quite as bad as first thought when watched again.
