It’s all rubbish. We’ve been linked with him before, we’ve signed older players recently hence the bookies set the odds. No way we’ll sign him, we have enough experience need youthful energy.

Two years ago I was really hoping we would get him, he could still play a bit even tho he was passed his best, and was IMO the leader we drastically needed, now even despite the average age of our team he is to old to offer anything footballing wise on the pitch, we definitely need more than a big mouth
