The club have done everything they said they would. They have made statements on all topics and then said there would be no more comment until there is something to say. They have been consistent in this.
The vast majority of the concerns highlighted in the letter are fuelled by media speculation and in my opinion the club should not start commenting on media speculation because when does it stop. No business operates that way.

We just don’t agree slamming MM and th club all the time is the answer or the way forward.

Absolutely not.  Not ever.
Even with such a finely honed jacksie as mine, I still maintain that nobody should (be allowed to) lay claim to speaking on my behalf without my express permission/agreement.  I'm not even sure doing so is even legal, is it?  
Never shall I agree to the bold bit, whilst that underlined bit is included.  All they had to do was take away the underlined bit (metaphorically, of course), and not only would they have lessened the potential/subsequent criticism, they undoubtedly would have garnered more support for their "cause".
But to end with "SIGNED ON BEHALF OF Derby COUNTY SUPPORT!... In capitals... With a bloody exclamation mark!  WTF do they think they are?

Don't get me wrong, my feelings on this matter are absolutely and categorically nowhere near as strong as my posts in this thread may (mistakenly) infer.  Far from it.  My posting history alone will almost certainly show that I am usually far from opinionated, but nonetheless, there is a principle here, and for once, my gast is truly flabbered!
As I stated previously... but am more than happy to reiterate... my opinion is that the wording (of their letter) alone has left them wide open for fair and just criticism. 
Had they alluded to "We the undersigned", or similar, I doubt I would have even bothered raising my eyebrows, let alone my finely honed jacksie.  

My mate was involved with them and went to quite a lot of their meetings, and I originally joined as a member, however the general gist I always got from the officials was “this is our little ramstrust club and you can do things the way we want to or we’re not interested in your input”.
There’s many ways to skin a cat, so to speak, and whilst I do believe they want what is best for DCFC, their approach as self appointed spokesperson for all fans is what rubs people up the wrong way.

Regardless of how I feel towards any of the groups that have signed it off, I still think they should have started with "SOME Derby County supporters request urgent clarification..." and omitted and/or amended the "...supporters need to know the true position..." .
They are still attempting to speak on my behalf without my agreement, and are asking for information which I wouldn't dream of expecting an answer to.  
Whilst some of the points raised are fair points, and/or points of interest to some and it would be nice to know certain goings-on, I personally don't "need to know" anything of this ilk, and certainly would not lend my name to some conceived "Request on behalf of Derby supporters", when that is blatantly not true.
Perhaps the letter would have been better coming from "We, the undersigned..."?
Either way, they still get a boo from me, for attempting to include me in their "Request"!
 
If that is "attacking supporters groups for speaking on behalf of Derby County fans", then yes, I'm guilty as charged.  They have no right, nor moral justification in wording this letter as they have.

Full transparency. I was invited to this meeting, but chose not to put my name or the forums to this.
Reason being as I have previously stated, this forum is a platform for fans views, I am not an elected chairman/spokesman to speak on behalf of you all, simply the creator of this platform for fans views which can already be openly seen by the club.
I did not feel comfortable signing on behalf of the forum without consulting you all, and felt my name without attaching dcfcfans.uk held no weight.
My own personal views are that this letter has been created out of concern for the clubs future and regardless of how you feel towards any of the groups that have signed off on it, do not see this as an opportunity to attack supporters groups for speaking on behalf of Derby County fans.

This is all we have to go on. The rest is media speculation including wether or not Alonso has gone (hope he has). Aside from the appeal everything we think we know from the last week has not been confirmed by any source.

I've never disliked Leicester City.
I was pleased/astonished when they won THE League.

Not one person is dismissing everything negative as false, pretending that the club is in a good state or that its finances have been well managed.
There are a number of posters who've calmly analysed the content of the articles and looked into what the figures might actually refer to.
I just find it weird when people take everything written that's negative at face value, but don't allow the same courtesy in respect to the less alarmist articles and analysis.

The Shinnie/Beliek partnership looked like it could blow this division apart but was over all too soon.
