I'm quite concerned at some fans over-reaction to our first two results of the season.
"Yes, we nearly went out of business, blah, blah, blah" some say "but that doesn't excuse everything", but I do see the same old sense of entitlement many of our fans exhibit, thinking we're too big for this league.
We're NOT as this precise moment in our history. The rebuild won't be as quick as the Harry Enfield character shouting "28,000 crowds" in a "loadsamoney" fashion. 
We're under financial restrictions which non of us are privy to.
Just rein it in for now. Allow the manager and team to develop and work out the myriad challenges that we need to wade through this season to get us where we need to be.
Remember Cloughie's first games and our renaissance post Igor. Success doesn't come quickly or easily.
It's a graft. We've not started as we wanted. But it's just ONE league game. There's 20 odd pages discussing whether Warne is on borrowed time!

There's some folks actually revelling in the scoreline tonight as it then in their minds justifies their own biased personal narrative.

These lot calling for Warnes head will be the first ones calling for another managers head if he doesn't win in the first 5 games.

I think alot of people have quickly forgotten how close we were to going bust. The fact there was limited potential buyers for a club that has 30k gates, premier league training facilities etc should tell you just how much of a financial mess MM left us in.
The best thing DC can do imo is continue working to a strict budget over the next couple of years, then either look to sell or bring on investors once the balance sheets are properly sorted.

Reasonable analysis and the good news is that we know the central defenders and the keeper are good players so there's really nothing to worry about there. Up front still looks a bit short of where we need to be of course. Onwards and upwards.

I am not pleased with the result but the performance was okay.

We gifted them 2 goals and have looked the better team.
Can we do better? of course we can. Do we need a couple more players, yes again but the players on that pitch today have not disgraced Derby County

Up until the goal we were really good, we’ve shat the bed since. 
Collins probably showing why we need better. His passing/hold up play has been wide of the mark and put us on the back foot. As has some really wayward passing/touches. 
Bird has had some touches of brilliance but floating through the game again. No point having him on days like today against better sides, has to get more involved. Same old so far. 
Plenty of positives amongst the sloppy bits too so hopefully we can turn it around.

Honest question for all those having a meltdown. How many league one teams have a better forward line than us? Who would you swap for? I think we'll be fine.

Just to offer a slightly different angle - Some comments need calling out as absurd, perhaps we could be more forensic and clinical about it but sometimes that's a bit difficult. The proliferation of ridiculous posts like the one in question make me want to avoid the board altogether. If I could be bothered to breakdown the post then I guess it would be thus but I think a STFU is more appropriate.
It's pretty obvious Warne couldn't attract a moth to a light - Obviously not true.
We're the biggest team in this League but have been reduced to scrabbling about in the dirt for castoffs. Not sure what biggest means or how it's relevant but we don't have the option to just splash money around because we are working to a very strict budget.
