In my world. I would like the EFL to admit they were wrong.
Give us the equivalent time for the transfer window to buy who we want.
The ELF to reimburse any monies lost through the legal wrangling's including the £100,000. (would include compensation for mental strife they have put Mel and the team through)
Award at least 5 points as compensation for the points we have potentially dropped due to not having a full squad.
Find a multi-billionaire who is willing to literally pump life into the club.
However in the real world I don't really care as long as it is resolved as soon as possible so we can just get on with football.

These people have far more bigger issues on their plate than to be harbouring a grudge against us or anyone else. And they simply don't have the time. 
They are acutely aware that they have to be doing the right thing for the EFL as a whole, and rightly so

This wasn't supposed to be a "Aren't we hard done by/the EFL have got it in for us all ways up" post. I listed the poor decisions to maybe explain the amount of outrage at such a harsh punishment. In reality he was always going to get red carded retrospectively, whether the EFL are out to get us or not. And yes, we will see more offences against Derby than fans of other clubs will, but that is true of any club's supporters. I don't think Fozzy's stamp was deliberate, but it could easily have been, and is certainly easy to perceive that way. How many other retrospective red cards have there been, especially to players from other clubs? That would be an interesting perspective. But you have to admit that we haven't had the rub of the green with referee decisions of late. And I asked about the alleged Joswiack incident because I didn't see it, and it hasn't been mentioned by anyone else, either on here or on any other social media as far as I am aware, so I simply would like to know about it. IF it happened, then it does tend to prove your point about seeing what we want to see.

6 points raised as to why we were hard done by and decisions that didn’t go out way….and then, just in passing, oh, did Jozwiak stud one of their players…!? 
 
Most football fans just don’t “see” Anything that their own players ever do…
I bet if you asked a Forest fan he wouldn’t recall half of those “incidents” and certainly wouldn’t agree that they deserved a couple of red cards and 1 or 2penalties given against them….!

Always thought this squad would be better with the extra tournament and the WC would be better timing. I was surprised with the Euro performance but firmly believe we can win the WC If Southgate gets his end right.. We have the players.

I'm more bemused than outraged. To me it clearly looks un-intentional but I'll concede there are plenty of fans on here who adamantally disagree with that. So with that alone I can see why he's been hit by it. 
Fortunately it's one of the few positions we could stomach a minor hit to, what with Buchanan returning to fitness and Williams looking talented.

Unfortunately the "character" is totally irrelevant, you cant bring that variable into it at all.
Honestly, I think it was probably a sending off, the ref missed it, so the retrospective ban is applied....put it like this, everyone and I mean everyone would have been crying about it if a Forest player had done it and got away with it.... (see everyone crying about the boro player)
Its just one of those things, it happens, no pathetic conspiracy, it just happens.

I honestly don’t think the goals scored is going to be the main thing we have to worry about, the defence is my biggest worry. 
we have an ok at best starting defence, but if anyone thinks that 863 year old Davies and 943 year old Jagielka are going to stay fit and be able to play every Saturday and Tuesday from August until May then they are living in a dream land - and without those two, we have a big problem.
