  1. The spectrum was the only thing that competed for my time back in the day with the Supers….

as that Gareth bale flag would have put It.

Derby County, Spectrum 48k, Girls, School in that order.

the double tape deck revolutionised my life back then.!!

I honestly remember thinking that I don’t think anyone else in the world could be as good as I was at Chuckie Egg….I thought about writing in to computer and video game magazine..

we used to write all the time to Ultimate play the Game in Ashby De La Zouch…(I had no idea where that was but It sounded a million miles away!) and they would send us posters and free merch..

RIP Sir Clive…thanks for the memories.

Our dog got bitten yesterday on the park by another dog - big hole in his back leg, £450 in vets bills and a very sad pooch

They were both off lead and the owner of the other dog says "he doesn't very often bite other dogs"

We have her phone number but she is not willing to pay the vet bill - as she says "that is what you have insurance for"

I've never had a dog before so I don't really know the etiquette around this stuff, but it seems a bit off.#

Are you supposed to report dog on dog attacks to the old bill, or is it just of they bite people?

Definitely report them to the fuzz. “Doesn’t very often bite dogs” and It is off leash…!!

Ugh, been through that 3 times and I'm worried about our eldest now as his back legs are playing up.

People without dogs never truly get it, people with dogs do.

    Sorry mate!

Thanks brother. Weird when I got home from the office today and no one there to meet me, no barking or activity at all….just walked in to a totally quiet house…

No logic as they were there before.

The point remained that Rooney failed to win a single game as Derby manager last season without Bielik or Gregory starting.

The same can’t be said of any other player.

So the only reason we stayed up was because of Gregory….remind me, who signed him?

We beat Wycombe, Boro, Huddersfield and Luton. Pretty sure he scored in a couple of those.

The same doesn’t apply for the others.

Oh, so you mean from the start of February, in which case, wisdom, shinnie and Marshall should all be credited with saving us single handedly….!!

Really!!! You are deluded if you think Cocu didn't have to play Rooney. I am not sure Red32 entered into a mega sponsorship deal to see him sitting on the bench week in week out.

Let me know where this mysterious place where you can get information like this is please…I suspect It is the same place where people state that Player X is on X amount per week….

Only one who made a difference? Rooney won ZERO games last season from Feb onwards without Gregory starting.

Gregory starting accounted for an extra 10+ points. We would have been relegated without him.

Even you don’t think that Gregory was the reason we stayed up…

How many games did we actually win from February….? 1 game….so saying that It is all because of Gregory is laughable.

I could just as easily say, we didn’t win a single game after February without Max Bird starting, or David Marshall, or andre wisdom, or Graham shinnie, or Nathan Bryce or Matt Clarke…..

What? Cocu didn’t have Bielik, Gregory, Edmundson, Mengi, Roberts or fit CKR.

Rooney also hasn’t been handicapped by having to play an fat, unfit 35-year-old.

    But let’s not remember that...

Out of those…. Bielik isn the only one that made a difference and Rooney has hardly had him fit either.
And Cocu also had England’s greatest ever goal scorer to pick too…

but as you say, let’s not remember that….

I am off to the vets tomorrow with our little dog, had her 13 years and unfortunately she isn’t very well at all and I think the vet is going to call and end to It… gutted, absolutely gutted but she isn’t eating anything and is just vomiting all the time….

She is the thickest dog I have ever know, knows no tricks, has zero loyalty, isn’t snuggly at all, is blatantly disobedient, has always peed and poo in the house every couple of months for no reason, eats anything she finds, dead or alive, rolls in anything horrible outside, drinks the dirtiest puddle water, will get covered in mud and dirt on any walk, hates going in the bath and has the stinkiest breath ever…. Going to miss her so so much. 98007C7F-27AF-41F4-BDAE-9CCE8A951D7A.thumb.jpeg.05f8c2b9b0870034d9db1026ef6d3675.jpeg

Just back… RIP Milkshake… the best worst dog in the world.

Loving People Just Do Nothing on Netflix.

Comedy about deadbeats who run a pirate radio station. You'll love the characters and the observational comedy.

Done in the style of a fly on the wall documentary. Silly but great fun.

It’s genius…when you have finished It watch the “making” of It too that is brilliant too.

I know we are very late to this game but started to watch killing eve this week…it’s excellent.!

Minus the peeing and pooing in the house, mine was exactly the same. Bloody useless.

Doesn’t change the way you feel about them though.

Totally useless….honestly she would walk off with any stranger and be totally happy as long as they fed her….
And weirdly the funniest dog I have ever known, every day she does something that makes me laugh, like this morning she was drinking out of her bowl with both her front two paws in It….She has never done that before..

Blackman did score 11 goals in 25 games at the start of the 15/16 season. He's done nothing in any other season but we were so short sighted and impulsive at the time I suppose one good half of a season was good enough for us.

Blackman scored 11 goals in 58 seasons… he was always rubbish.
Actually looking down your list, they were all rubbish before, during and after being at Derby.

  14. You can save this and just put it in the WBA ratings thread after the game…

Roos - 1 - Made a couple of decent saves, wasn’t at fault for the first goal but the other 2 were his fault, got to be a better option somewhere.

Byrne - 7 - Best player we had

Buchanan - 6 - Did well against there wingers under pressure all game

Jagielka - 4 - Looked every inch 39 years old-pulled all over the place by the forwards

    Davies - 4 - See Jagielka

Shinnie - 5 - tried but no joy

Bird - 6 - Got stuck in and out only positive midfielder

Morrison - 6 - A few nice touches, not given a second on the ball though, can’t do It all himself

Lawrence - 3 - Another awful captains performance - hid throughout game

Sibley - 2 - Stupid sending off at 3 down, needs to grow up quickly

Baldock - 4 - zero service poor guy
