Show me the (BAFO) money moment.
Lets hope they (buyers) don’t want to carry on to another round of brinkmanship..
Or say “Sorry I need my money for a ski trip after all…bye”

Reading just signed some ex-Rangers winger that had been training with them. But they knew they could offer a contract of course, we don't.
Must be confident of meeting their business plan then..

Should we be getting some in on trial.
They will need to get up to speed quick so training and practice matches needed whoever they are.

Best result..
1. Peterborough win
2. Draw
3. Reading win
From a maths point of view I agree, but the “boost” effect before they play us would be a consideration..

Still not convinced Rooney will be here next season. Depends on (a) what division we are in (b) who the owner is and if Rooney thinks he can work with them (c) he buys into the strategy/business plan of the new owners. Eg. If it’s slow build over 5-10y then I think he’ll find a new challenge.
I think he will think he has committed as he agreed at the outset by end of this season. Also I think he is out of contract anyway and he will have to take a big pay cut for next season.
-
I feel the ship has partly sailed on renewing. It is mainly Festy we are talking about and he would be unlikely now to commit before the summer (unless it’s a Bellingham type gesture) too see where we are. Surely he’s too good for league 1?
To me, we need to stay up to keep any of our best players..

Only if it can work in less than a minute. If not I’d prefer the errors

I think Reading have to re submit accounts on March 1st or/and face a the suspended 6 points activated if they are not what was required - I know they moved on the very expensive Moore to Stoke and lost a goalkeeper and Pukas but they did bring in Ince who isn’t cheap from Stoke ( who has helped them get 2 goals so far) - their attendances can’t have helped financially so it will get very interesting regarding their finances and how the lovely EFL choose to look into them ?
Not heard that 1st March date before.
Any chatter on their forums from their equivalent of @Ghost of Clough knowledgables on how close they are?

Assuming you're referring to staying up, do you really think it's unlikely? I genuinely think the ball is in our court.
In the last 10 games, for reference, Barnsley have picked up just 3 points. Peterborough and Reading have picked up 5. And then there's us earning 17 points in the same timeframe.
It would take a drastic turnaround in form - us faltering and one of those poorly-performing club's having a major upturn - to relegate us. Call me optimistic, but I just can't see it personally.
Reading of the three competitors have the players to perform better than they are. I think their form will improve relative to the last 10. Sounds like they were a little unlucky to lose mid week.

There's only one thing worse than CAMRA Card carrying real ale bores, who can't resist commenting on your choice of poison like it's got sod all to do with them.
And that's vegan CAMRA Card carrying real ale bores, who can't resist commenting on your choice of poison like it's got eff all to do with them.
Well if you can’t tease your mates over their drinks choices I guess there is nothing left.. Ale drinkers get the “Looks like my piss” comment… Carling drinkers get the “I wouldn’t get pissed on your cooking lager” comment…
Al classic pub banter and the worlds a better place for it hurrah..
