Second season he was really good.  Scored, lead the line and won a lot of penalties and free kicks which he dispatched. Taking into account wages we had a good season from him and made 1.5 million or thereabouts. I think we should have got more but needed the cash to pay for Jozefzoon, Waghorn and Malone.  I'd rather have kept Vydra.
Davies and Huddlestone were 1.5mil and 750k or the other way around.

Problem I have is not the 3 million.  It's the 4 seasons of loans, which depending on if he does well may generate in excess of that fee.  The final year will have a permanent fee attached if they don't think he'll be good enough.  They could well double their money without him playing for them.  If he doesn't do enough they break even.  
Until premier league sides are told to give 50% of any loan fees for first 3 years of a contract for players under 24, particularly academy kids, to the selling club, then clubs keep getting shafted.

I think that would be a fair assumption given his I ain't staying in League 1 speech on arrival.  It seemed arrogant rather than rousing and had me worried from the off.  Didn't say anything at the time as it would have been seen as anti Warne.  What I was being hammered for 2 months ago is panning out exactly as I thought.
For the record, I'm not happy about that.  I don't to go games in the pissing rain and give my time to see abject football and players long past their best struggling to press and getting picked off.  It was obvious the way it was heading but it's worse than I thought.

It's a bit like tennis . If your only shot is an ace you'll beat a few non contenders but as soon as you play anyone that can move quickly with a strong return of serve you'll stand there looking totally clueless.

vapes should only ever have been available in nicotine flavour, through the health service, for smokers.  If neither was available to new consumers then 30 years down the line both are gone.  No tax revenue in that though.  

That's the worst thing about Warne for me.  He just doesn't seem to care about that *at all*. 
My own (slightly wordier) take on the "football's simple" thing would be, figure out what your players are good at, figure out what they're bad at, then get the best XI you can on the field, maximising players doing what they're god at, minimising players doing what they're bad at.  I don't think Warne even knows (or cares) what his players are good and bad at.
