    Well are they?
Why on earth would you pay money to unproven claims?

GB SPORTS reacted to Day in Mel Morris: an example
Make no mistake, I’m not here to defend Mel, also have no real opinion on his motives for owning the club.
Saw it as nothing more than a topic which I could pour my thoughts out on football ownership across the Championship. I can’t figure out why anyone would own a club be it this or any other and as much as I love this club, if I ever came into serious money I wouldn’t touch it with a barge pole.
He took a risk, failed. Beat Villa and the story takes another path. Same with Brentford, they don’t sell their players and it’s a £50m loss in a year, for them it paid off.
If my auntie had wheels she would be a bike I know, but 90 minutes at Wembley, Marriott starting, who knows.
He’s lost a poo load of money being in your words “Mr Derby” and walked away from the table, possibly the most hated man in the city and a £20m loan on a stadium that without a football club is wasted.
Great intentions, poorly executed, picked a battle with the EFL that cannot seemingly be won and either lost the desire or ran out of money to continue. There was also a minor issue of a global pandemic which no club would have written into their business plan for the following 2 years. That’s really where I’m at with it now.
I hope no potential owner is reading this, as we’re looking for another owner to take a risk, gamble on us.
We as a fanbase need to move past how much wonga do they have as the most important question, and do they have the right team around them, they are worth more to a club than any sum of money on a Forbes rich list.

I’d rather go to high court, liquidate, get thrown out of the efl  than give anything to efl or Gibson or the Wycombe  stooge

It has to go above and beyond the EFL.
They are a joke and not fit to rule on anything.

Fine take it to the high court and get it resolved. The EFL have made their position quite clear in that statemement and cannot be trusted to be impartial in this matter.
Get the claims thrown out and then counter sue.
In the unlikely event that the courts find against us i'd rather we just liquidate the club and pay the parasites nothing.

Anyone who thinks that the Parasite claims are not the MAIN obstacle are naive in the extreme. Of course there are other complexities but nothin compares to this as the potential jeopardy is so large. The EFL and the parasites are completely disingenuous about the issue and they know it.

Nice to see that the finger of blame is now moving slowly away from Boro and Wycombe and the EFL onto the administrators again.
Who chose these administrators to come into the club. And indeed why are the administrators even here at all.

Well must just be me and Wayne then. I thought we looked pretty decent last night. With 11 I'd have fancied us to get a point at least, they were nothing special and not really dangerous for all they passed it about.

    The positives...
Bielik is back - He needs games but the lad is back and we saw in the last game what he can do. Let's back him all the way as this lad's a gamechanger.
Team spirit - I don't know how Rooney has achieved this but he's built a squad ethic where every player works for every other player, without fail. Yep, we're still prone to errors, but the physical commitment and mental strength of this group of players is suddenly unlike any Derby team I can remember. These guys are warriors and even if we do go down, we'll go down fighting to the end.
Our support - Off-the-hook! Been great all season to be fair but the ramping up over the last month or two has been incredible. Better still, it's unshakeable. Despite the knocks, last night our fans were in full beast-mode from minute 1 to 90, apparently without drawing a single breath. You could see the effect on the players who themselves have been at pains to mention it whenever they get the chance. Absolutely immense IMO and a huge credit to the club.
Our Academy - Still plugging every gap as it occurs with burgeoning young talents. That said, we need to mind these kids as left to their own devices they'll run themselves into the ground, yet despite some leaving the club, when the dust settles from this season, we'll still have the bedrock of a very good side. Another well-earned doff of the cap then to Messrs Wassall, Lyons and co for their continued outstanding work.
Obviously I'll be one of those who refuses to admit we're relegated until it becomes a mathematical certainty, but through my rose-tinted glasses, I still see better days ahead. No one at the club seems ready to give up just yet so I'll be damned if I will.

There will only be three arbitrators according to EFL rules. They should all, in theory, be independent but can’t help be more sympathetic and understanding to the case of the party that selected them. I would imagine the administrators will select one of the QC’s they have already sought legal advice from for example.
Whilst they’re hardly our allies, I’m not convinced the EFL will really be in the Wycombe/Middlesbrough camp on this one. Given all the noise maybe they would prefer for this to go away.

This just shows the ducking us arround with our ability to offer contracts is a far bigger punishment than the points, and it doesn't get decided by a DC the EFL just seems apply their rules in whatever fashion they decide. In our case the didn't like the DC's judgement so decided to duck us.
