I don't mind if people have a disagreement and are big enough to argue face to face.
Its the passive aggressive snidey laughing emojis from posters who then can't even be arsed or simply are unable to back up their own viewpoint that is the worst kind of behaviour 

Think most on here thought Will Hughes and Jeff Hendrick were good enough to play in the Premiership and as such were proved 100% correct.
As for the current crop, Knight, Sibley, Bird and Buchanan all being monitored by Premiership teams, with the first of those already securing a slot in the Ireland senior team. Assuming they stay, let's see how they get on with the benefit of what was a tough season under their belts.
We also have other young'uns like Festy Ebosele and Louis Watson already playing in international youth teams too, to name just a couple. Might be a tad premature to dismiss their chances of progress too! 
It'll be interesting to see whether those you rather snidely refer to "Academy Experts" are ultimately proven to know a little more than your good self, since you clearly rank your judgement well above theirs. For my part, I think some of our "Academy Experts" rank among the most astute posters on here. I suppose the fact that they tend to watch the majority of youth games (or in some cases attend them) gives them something of an advantage ?‍♂️

Had the same issues at Liverpool and claimed he should be in their first team! Hopefully I'm proved wrong, but I reckon he'll continue to sit on the fringes of the U23s until he finds his level on the bench in League Two.

What's the reasoning behind him failing to be a regular in the U23s? Sounds like he talks a good game and that's about it...

So as a young lad playing football... you had your dad's name on the back of your shirt, had your dad's hair cut and would try replicate all things your dad would do? 
It's got nothing to do with parents shirking responsibility. Kids will always look up to other people in areas that interest them such as football. I'm not saying all footballers HAVE to be role models because they don't... It's not in their job description. It's just from a personal perspective I'd like my club to have players that young people can look up to... rather than those who don't abide by the law. (I'd put something a bit more blunt here but I know how delicate you admins can be about words that are seen as negative to players albeit even if they are 100% factually accurate). 

Just look at Coca-cola having 4 billion wiped off their share price just because Ronaldo moved 2 bottles out of the way.

Probably not utilising Block Chain Technology ? and if it was... then we certainly missed out on a great opportunity!

He's a bang average championship player and has never given me reason to think anything otherwise. If it wasn't for his off the field antics, I'd probably keep him in the team though as that's all we are at the moment.

He’s a victim of thinking that he’s Ronaldo, if he played more like Harry Wilson and cut out the strutting Peacock act then I think he’d receive more support from the fans.

What....? Seriously what did he do that helped our survival even the slightest...? He scored what 3 goals in 20+ games (all games we lost) he did zero to help but did a lot to put us in that position in the first place. 
doesn’t deserve a place on our squad let alone an international squad for the euros. 

Hope we reap the benefit after Tom gets a good rest over the summer and spends next season on the pitch demonstrating to the selectors how wrong they were.
