don't know whether it's what normally happens or I was just lucky but I remember the most amazing sunsets I've ever seen were in Cyprus. On both of my previous visits IIRC.

Think I feel that way every time in the Greek islands, it’s that calming pace and often stunning backdrops in beautiful weather; rarely seems you can go wrong there.

Kefalonia for me this time around.

I just don’t see the Kirchner fit. It makes no sense at all.

His openness shows his naivety. Fans are fickle and who do you think they’ll be tweeting every time we loses a game. It won’t be Rooney? or Cook?they’ll go straight to the top and before long CK will get fed up trying to  respond to gobby Rams or Red Dog micky takers.

This twitter lark is a pretty stupid thing to be doing in my opinion.

Whilst I think you’re wrong about being another day closer to Ashley, I do think you have a point about CK and Twitter. Yes as some have said he’s trying to impart information with good intentions, you possibly see that yourself when you say he’s a good guy; he will tire of the abuse, which he will eventually receive in buckets on Twitter if we lose a string of matches, we’re not signing this person or that person, why didn’t we complete sooner so Rooney could be more prepared, it’s all waiting to kick off for him.

Maybe holding his counsel, will be a better policy in future, with only occasional tweets of good news, as I can see he’s setting himself up for some hatred in the future. It’s a fair point to make.

The playoff finals are notoriously woeful spectacles. A moment of class or luck decides them. They had luck all the way, sadly.

Jon Moss being put in charge of a game of that magnitude is baffling. Completely ballsed up twice AND with VAR!

Jon Moss being given a last hurrah for such an high stakes game, is about as baffling as his decision making logic. VAR was woeful too but not as woeful as Huddersfield, they might have deserved to be in the final, but you make your own luck; their sum total of efforts on goal didn’t deserve any luck.

As for Forest, they always looked most likely going up out of the play off contenders. Aside from the banter, I feel a so what, they’ll likely struggle next year but the benefit of getting to the Prem is banking the cash; let’s see how wise they are with their windfall.

Ugly man will probably be gone before the end of next season, the fat Greek won’t hesitate to sack him to try and keep Forest up, that will probably be his first mistake. Just hypothetically musing here, but can see it happening.

  4. Oh wow…just seen this, spoilt my day, seen Deoeche sooo many times including the last tour ?

Shocked by this. He went before Dave Gahan. One of my favourite live bands, but leaves us with a great music legacy. RIP Andy.

Cant believe he’s gone before Dave either. Influenced a lot of people, one of the best things to come out of Nottingham.

Personally I'd like him to stay, but if not, and he was to go out on loan to a club in a higher league (or even foreign league), couldn't we make it a 6 month loan?

A loan might be the best option all round and there have been a few precedents set of relegated teams loaning out players, just so they can keep them on the books.

As others have said, doubt any would be buyer would pay a sufficient fee, but if we could loan and get promoted in one season, it might mean we get to keep Bielik if he sees a brighter future for Derby 1 year on.

The way I see it, heterosexual men find breasts sexually attractive, likewise heterosexual women find bald heads sexually attractive, to comment on either becomes sexual harassment.

Does the bald head need to be on a six pack body I wonder or does a slightly well conditioned, alcoholic fuelled stomach under the bald head, still count as sexually attractive *asking for a friend? ?

And the context for those not on Twitter.  And such support from Mr Ratcliffe - why are our so-called fans laying into him like this when he's the one man here to give our club a future.  If you're on here, take a step back please, count to 10 and let things play out.  You've waited 2 years FFS, just one more week hopefully then we move on.

Because some people on twatter are complete idiots, it really is not the best space to communicate with fans.

Hopefully, he’ll learn in time or his enthusiasm will wane after every defeat.

Apologies if it's already been mentioned, but one thing I've found interesting this past week or so is the complete lack of so-called breaking news stories from the likes of Nixon, who has simply been responding with monosyllabic click-bait answers to questions on Twitter.  If you read Kirch's posts last night, I think Q and him have kept a very tight ship sorting out the final details, and not involved the EFL.  No EFL, no leak to Nixon.

Absolutely, I’ve no real time for him or Percy, they only sensationalise every twist to get more bites. Along with Rob Dorset they are purely self interested and never seem to grasp the effect their words have on supporters of our club.

Regardless of the outcome of our plight, a huge part of my love of football has died over the last 2 years. Its really highlighted that its just one big dick swinging competition for rich men that don't give a flying duck about the lifeblood of the game.

I'm feeling grateful this morning but will forever be angry at how we have been treated over the last 2 years.

Added the above, couldn’t agree more. There will be people trying to rewrite history and make out they were either not the problem or in some cases the good guys. We all know the EFL’s history in our plight and it won’t be forgotten along with others that have been vultures with our plight.

Well done but does anyone even really care?

Fair play to him though, hopefully more footballers will be comfortable being themselves and realise its not an issue to 99.9% of supporters these days.

When society truly doesn’t care, it will show it’s no longer an issue.

Personally I don’t care, if I saw him walking down the street in some loving clinch with another guy it honestly wouldn’t bother me at all. Unfortunately there are still a good number who would mock this, so it still is an issue.

As you say, fair play if he feels he has to make a statement though, I understand why he feels he has to do so.

Of course, if anyone else is thinking about buying the dip right now, or going in for the first time,I have 1 question:

Who can you trust for advice?

Nobody, least of all strangers or avatars on message boards.

Read, do your own research, think through viewpoints, but always come to your own conclusions, maybe even dummy trade and learn from your mistakes.

    Does that sound reasonable advice?

  11. He’s clearly been swayed by the challenge to work in a higher league with the trappings of financial pay to match it.

Really you can’t blame him, a football managers life is often short lived and by this time next year, it’s quite possible he’ll have had a nice payout without tarnishing his reputation. Nathan Jones made a duff move for more money and many could see the potential pitfall coming; didn’t really harm him though, as now back with Luton and reputation being restored.
