Some of the comments on here made me think I'd logged on to the Stoke City forum by mistake.

There's a big gap in fixtures for the U21s, so the club is taking the opportunity for them to get some minutes against some stronger physical opposition whilst maintaining match fitness.

And? Does signing a keeper mean we won’t be signing a right back and striker? Has anybody said anything to that effect? Not as far as I’ve seen, so you’re basically having a little whinge for the sake of having a little whinge. What is the point?
Why don’t you wait until the end of the transfer window before making judgements as to whether signing a third keeper was a mistake or not? 
 

Stop giving opinions on the basis of having watched someone play. 
Slating based on negative heresay, speculation and 'inklings' is the preferred way.
