Melvyn Morris. His actions have systematically killed Derby County. We should be running him out of town.

He once tried to palm Olive but Popeye punched him on the nose. 

Mel Morris - spent more than was allowed, sold the stadium to try and mask the problem, hired/trusted people who haven't really delivered results (recruitment team, multiple managers, Ince family etc.), made decisions that resulted in lengthy law suits (Rush, Keogh, EFL etc.), utilised an accounting method different to the other 91 Premier League and FL clubs which lead to more problems, dealt with some dodgy people (Gabay, Alonso, the Sheikh etc.), failed with multiple takeover and investment talks, failed to pay wages on multiple occasions, has made decisions that have put us under a transfer embargo on multiple occasions and has the club in the worst state it has been in for many years.
Derby fans - wanted some signings to improve the squad (WITHOUT BREACHING FFP RULES), want to pay less than 30 quid every week for an hour and a half of football and want Mel to hurry up and move on so we can start fresh.

It’s clear to see that Mel has abandoned us, rooney and the players. When we eventually do protest either in the game or after the game. I don’t want to see any abuse aimed at rooney. Yes you might not think his tactics are good or whatever you want to criticise him about. But at the end of the day he’s been abandoned. Not allowed to renew contracts. Not allowed to sign players. Promises of takeovers. He should walk tbh. It’s a shitshow. The real problem here isn’t the players or the management. It’s the people at the top MM and SP. there are who we demand answers from. They have severed the ties between the fans and themselves

You've gotta feel for Rooney in this,promised x y and z and been given nothing to play with. 
If he walked away he'd have a fair whack of credibility left intact,but why should he when he's getting paid still

Are we even sure this is an issue with the EFL and not Mel refusing to sanction anymore expenditure on wages?

Q) When you say help from other people do you mean help from within in the club or help from people outside the club?
Rooney: I think from everyone, from within the club, from outside the club, we need help. What I will say is the group of players credit to them because it is very difficult circumstances for them, also. I think what is showing is that Derby is still a big club, it's a club where players are coming in and they are willing. All the players have had offers from different clubs and they want to wait, they want to make sure we can get things done and they want to sign and play for this football club. I think that is credit to the players who are here on contracts, but also the players who aren't because I totally understand if they say 'that's it, I've had enough'.

Got 4 kids ain't he? To be fair he won't jack it in as it's time out of the house!!!
