    Agreed. Shame for the lad but put the performances in and he will get another call up… we need him more than they do at the minute and the club pay his wages (hopefully) so well within rights to stop him going.

    £3m rising to £5m with add ons and a 15% sell on in our situation wouldn't be the end of the world sadly.

    I sense we need to sell somebody just to survive and we don’t have many buyable assets. 
     

    if he’s the only one we are getting bids for he will be off to keep the bailiffs from knocking!

    It's like being in a race to become a millionaire. Brentford started with £1,000 in the bank and finally reached the target. Derby, in contrast, started with £900,000 and now have a balance of just £500.

     

    Absolutely depressing and demoralising isn’t it. They’ve just beat Arsenal 2-0 in the premier league and we’re sat hoping we don’t lose to Peterborough tomorrow.
