I'm a big Sibley fan but he's been off tonight, just looks half a yard behind all the time.

It's about more than just this game. It's my feelings on watching Thompson since he's broken into the team. A few minutes ago was a good example why.
I think the last two games have been excellent for him, looks to have had a real boost in his confidence.

The lads are tiring now, unsurprisingly after this run of games..
Need some fresh legs but we are thin on the ground.

Thompson doing really well tonight

Nice football being played by derby.

You don’t know that, pure speculation…
Probably not wrong tho.

No idea why McGoldrick would play 104 minutes with Portsmouth coming up. And why not give Loach an outing? There were some bright spots - Tommo stringing some passes together at last, Osula at times, some magical balls from Didzy, Dobbin’s goal, overall a decent defensive display. But given where Torquay are playing I think Warne has a point. Poor decision making repeatedly from Dobbin, Osula, a stubbornly unenigmatic display from Sibley, Bird still in the doldrums, even a sloppy pass from Windsmith. Anyway, job done I guess
Some "bright spots"
After winning 5-0.

Well there's that I guess, but I don't know if that would motivate me if I was a player. If he's honest and brave enough to come out post-match and have criticisms of performance after 5-0 that's great but he actually seemed really not all that thrilled to have won at all. Far more negative than it needed to be
He's an eccentric guy, he'll take some getting used to for me
I must admit,I'm a big fan of his personality as our manager and enjoy his match comments.
I don't find him eccentric at all,I appreciate his openness and honestly when evaluating performances.
But we are all different people and we all like differing qualities.
Some liked Liams ways, some didn't...the same applies to warnes.
The most important point however is that we are currently doing well and scoring plenty of goals.

Is anyone actually crucifying him? Think most agree he’s a good player who misses a few chances. But is young so almost to be expected.
Not sure a 25 yard screamer changes that? Hopefully gives him some confidence. Would love him to score a tap in or one on one Friday.
That goal changes a lot, goal of the season!

Gotta love Fozzy, he’s been a great servant for our club.
3 acl replacements in and he’s still going strong. Yes his passing can be dodgy, but he’s a good player, who always gives his all and only cost us 150k
Whats not to like?
His passing can be sublime too....
His experience of late has been invaluable

Dam, you mean i sat in almost stationary traffic for over an hour for no reason. I did have my sat nav on but obviously wasn't smart enough to re-route me.
my mistake was to have toll roads turned off on google maps (which i do to avaid the m6 toll road when im working)
Doh!

I got back just after 2. What really annoyed me about those roadworks is you had the slip road shut. then you had 5 lanes merging into 1 lane for the roadworks only to find the lanes coned of for absolutely no reason. there wasn't any work going on. So tempting to go the other side of the cones.
Aside from that enjoyed the game and think both fans and players gave a good account of themselves.
I know mate, what was the point of the roadworks at all,not even any staff or vehicles present to do any work!
Anyway,as you say,superb night out!
-
Just got back in due to horrendous roadworks on the m6.
What a great night, the boys battled like troopers and did us proud.
And our crowd was magnificent from beginning to end.
It's what football is about.
