To be honest, I would probably advise that you don't treat meetings with Morris as a legitimate source. The truth is unlikely to come out.

Mel has let he club, the team and the fans down badly. I won’t protest I will support the team and do so long after he has gone, regardless of the division. He has given up on Derby and is the only person who can resolve this today. Sadly his ego prevents him doing so. Thanks for your efforts and thanks for the scarf. 

Yeah the EFL have a vendetta against us. Just like they did against Birmingham and Sheffield Wednesday. Nothing to do with the fact we've tried every trick in the book of course.

I'd say what's common to both Cocu and Rooney is that - through no fault of their own - they inherited the worst squad we've had for years at a club in absolute turmoil, spiralling downwards.
To play "attractive, winning football" I would argue the manager needs a firmer foundation than this club currently provides.
