Really have to be behind the lads from the start. Reading won't be bringing many (but fair play to the ones that do) and normally the atmosphere is a bit flat when there are not a lot of opposition fans in the ground. Still 23000 Derby fans can and hopefully will produce an intimidating atmosphere. I will be shouting my lungs out from the sw upper. Come on chaps this is where we the fans have to step up even when the team may not be performing to our liking on the pitch. UTR 🐏

In September it is 20 years since the great man passed. I remember the day vividly. Affected me as if it was a member of my family. Can anyone else remember that day? It would be good if something could be done to mark the passing of one of football's all time great managers.

Having slept on it last night's second half display was inept and worrying. Yes we have injured players, as do every other team. Yes we have lost key positional players but when Smith comes out with on RD that the first half we played some of our 'best football' I am at a loss. That half time talk must have included - we are 1 0 up,keep it tight and we will be ok. No, go out and get into them. Charlton haven't won for 18 matches. Apart from their shot against the post they really posed no real threat. Warne is a sensitive pleasant man who knows he is on 'borrowed time'. Even if we do go up, and it's a big if, he knows he will be here only based on performances and results. I don't believe he will be here by the end of the year. We need a massive turnaround on Saturday. I will be there but methinks another lacklustre display will turn the atmosphere toxic. Finally, three players clapped at the end, the rest trudged off. Come on chaps we had to endure that, at least show some respect. Rant over. Life is too short. We ae are still unbelievably in second place

If I went for a pint with him I will bet he orders six of the best!

Pivitol day in our season. Barnsley will be up for it and it appears they may have sold out. We need to start on the front foot otherwise it's going to be a long slog. Pitch may also come into play with all this rain. Heart says 2 1 win. Head says a draw but we must NOT lose. Wish i was going. Good luck to all that are.
PS. Methinks Gayle will start his goal scoring for us in this match.UTR!

Was it because that fat island manager of theirs had wound us up,was it the news we were dreading about Collins, was it the way Stevenage and ourselves played first half but something happened in that second half that I didn't expect but, with the rain lashing down and the skies darkened Pride Park come alive again. That atmosphere the last 20 minutes wher all and I mean all the ground joined in with'Derby is massive' will remain with me for a long long time.

Like most supporters on here I am disappointed we haven't signed a striker in this window. I believe we have been trying but have not been able to match what the clubs/players/agents wanted. Money talks obviously and also how Warne would like to see them play. It's a combination of all these elements that have ultimately left us where we are now. Players choosing to play for other clubs who perhaps pay more wages/incentives fair enough. We haven't perhaps the pulling power we think we have. With Bird going and hopefully 2.5 million in the bank I would rather see that money well spent than on a knee jerk signing. I for one will have my total commitment to the Rams and, with a bit of luck, we should be playing in a higher league next season. Then we can put two fingers up to the players who have turned us down.UTR.

Really looking forward to this one. Throat already lubricated in readiness. Two good teams should make for an open game. Let's get PP rocking to show the tv viewers that we are coming back. There are going to be a few goals today I can sense it. Come on Derby lets keep this run going especially for B4 and all our fellow supporters we have lost in 2023. UTR!

As JFK stated - Too often we enjoy the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought. Okay we all have opinions. I am right and you are wrong. It's okay if we have different opinions. I can't force you to be right. Anyway life is too short (as recently highlighted). We all support this great team of ours. We don't need to make someone 'feel' undervalued by putting their particular opinion down. We are all adults (well most of us) but please consider how the other person would feel. Rant over. Merry Christmas rams everywhere. It's the season of goodwill! UTR.

Just looking at the Red dogs forum player travelled down in his car to Fulham. 2 training on their own. Cracks appearing everywhere! Loved how Fulham did a Derby on them (ie 5 0).Had to buy in some more popcorn for the weekend to see if the fat Greek decides to chop Cooper. Isn't it nice that them down the road are now getting a squeaky bum!

Aĺways thought the 'Allez' song needed a second verse so here goes:
They docked us 21 points
And we don't give a F@@k
Cos we are Derby County
And we are going back up
We won it with Brian Clough
We won it with Dave Mackay
We will win it for B4
Whose singing in the sky
Allez allez allez etc...

Really loved the tribute to B4 Daniel. Stood along with thousands of others to show you will never be forgotten (also really good of BR fans to join in). I didn't know you but feel like I did through all your posivity on here. We will catch Pompey for you mate and will go up this year. Will be looking for a rainbow in May showing you approve. God Bless. UTR!

Forgive me if someone mentioned this before but at Bristol Rovers game can we have a minutes applause for Daniel. Like many I didn't know him, but through the power of this media, i feel as though i did. So very sad for your family. DCFC have lost a 'diamond' of a fan and human being.

Good game of open football.High press and everyone working for each other.Hope this spills over to the first team tomorrow. Some really good young Rams prospects.Well done.

Going tonight. A bit meh at the moment with really disappointing displays. Hope we can start well but that's going to be down to Warne. Send them out with a rocket up their a..e and they might put on a display. Exeter should be there for the taking but you can bet they will raise their game as it's a 'free hit' for them. Heart says we will scrape a 1 0 but head believes it could be a 0 0 bore fest. Hopefully we can play some decent football in front of a crowd that will turn on them if they don't.

So so sad... thousands of rams fans don't know you but today,me included, will be that much sadder with life. Football always comes second when this horrible thing happens. Condolences to you and your family Josh. Hope us fans can give you something against Cambridge to show we are all sharing your grief mate and you are part of the Rams family. Stay strong.

I don't think he is up to playing in front of big crowds. His confidence took a big knock in the Wigan game when he gifted them a goal. Same with some other of the recent signings. They don't want to feel the wrath of the crowd so take the easy option of a sideways/reverse pass or let someone else go for the ball. Confidence is everything. Unfortunately Warne doesn't seem to be instilling this into the team with his square pegs in round holes system. We the fans need to encourage the team and they have to show us by wanting to win mentality. Saturday to me is going to be pivitol as a 3rd consecutive home league would spell disaster for our confidence and promotion prospects. Hope the management and staff turn it around big time. Long way to go though and, with the transfer window still open we may be able to sell Sonny!!! UTR!

I missed this at the time and when I read it I thought it was a daft idea. Yet watching the Hull KR fans singing it, I reckon it sounds brilliant.
Come on South Stand - time for Erasure, A Little Respect.
Yes me too CornwallRam. Mentioned it as well a few pages back. It was played at half time when we played Wigan but i thought it was the wrong time to play it. Come on DCFC play it before the teams come out and put the words on screen. I think this would be brilliant PR and hopefully we could treat this as 'our song'. Over to you South Stand. UTR!

Warne is the sort of person who comes across as wanting to be a really good mate of anyone he meets. It's a good trait to have and I would love to have someone move in next door with his outgoingness. He is eloquent, friendly and, despite what some people say on here, cares about where this great club of ours needs to be. Perhaps his downfall to some fans is that the performances/results haven't been good so far. Time will tell. We have to stick with him and his staff. He will deliver when hopefully some more signings come through the door before the window closes. I believe he will take us up this season, albeit through the playoffs. We all need to stick together players, fans and management alike. Come May all this 'sack him now' nonsence will be forgotten. Could say a lot more on this subject but will revisit this later in the season. UTR!
