Melodrama? We’re favourites for the league title, and almost a quarter of the season in we’re drawing against the worst team in the league and we find ourselves 10 points off the pace.

Because we have with the exception of Blackpool and half an hour against Peterborough been absolutely dreadful all season.

Why isn’t the clown sacked yet?

If we are serious about promotion then we should  be beating  the team bottom of the 3rd tier regardless of performance and style

I think the debate will continue long into the international break tbh unless our second half performance (against the worst team in this division by the way) is much improved. 
 
Results can go some way to papering over cracks but that first half was grim in parts.

Well that was sadly predictable. If there’s one team you want to play to break a bad run, it’s us.

Yesterday the U18s were playing their biggest game of the season at home to Man City. And guess what, not a sign of PW coming to watch for just 2 minutes. 

In his fourth season in league two with Mansfield.

Happy with the win.

I see we got another soft penalty this week. The referees in this division are getting so poor now that they can’t even distinguish which team is Derby and which team they should be helping.

The 11 point record doesn't bother me. Any football fan you chat to will want to talk about it and listen to stories about it.
One fan I met couldn't believe that I had a season ticket and went to every game. He said after about 10 games he would have stopped going and probably never gone back the next season either.
Its a badge of honour for me among friends who support massive clubs and have seen them play maybe once or twice in the flesh that I kept going and still do.
Worst team in history? Yeah we were. The fans showed they were anything but and we should be eternally proud of that and own it as a club and a fan base.

Looks like another painful day for Hull fans with a painful away win at Stoke likely to take them to a painful fourth.

I like Steele as he often will call out players for not doing what they are supposed to do. And he very much sounds like he knows what he talking about due to long experience working on the coaching staff at clubs.
This means, he doesn't just continually blame the manager all the time, but puts responsibilty on the players.
Maybe other pundits, or posters, could take note.

Ed Dawes wears his heart on his sleeve and is a Ram through and through; don’t get the animosity towards him. He’s a good commentator and I feel connected to him precisely because he’s one of us. Hope he’s ok. 

My opinion is that Radio Derby have churned out some excellent sports reporters over the years and I include Ed Dawes in that. 
I also wish Sally Pepper all the best for the future. 

I actually like Ed Dawes. I find that Dave Fletcher very boring. 

Why all the animosity to Ed Dawes ? Thought his Clowes interview was good and he was in tears like the rest of us during the administration nightmare. Thought he was a true Ram ? Can someone explain ?

Feel people get overly vexxed by Radio Derby staff. There are better targets for your hate than local football radio crew.

It's quite an unpleasant forum on here sometimes isn't it.
The blokes doing his job,has some time off for unknown reasons and gets personally slagged off by fellow derby supporters whilst he does so.
