He has had long enough and shown nothing at all. Get rid…He looks like he could have something and then let’s himself down with trying to beat an extra man, not getting a shot in or hanging on to the ball too long……hang on, we should probably make him captain…! 

I agree to an extent. I like Jozwiak and think we should keep him. But I can't keep making excuses for him.
The one about 'not having enough good players around him' I mean any player could say that. Good players don't need good players around them, they step up in a weaker team.

Watching the extended highlights, Sibley had three decent efforts, two narrowly missing and one on his weaker foot arrowing into the top corner, but well saved. Our only other attempts worth showing were the scrambled own goal at the back post and Kazim-Richards beaten to a header.
As a manager, Rooney needs to see it is his number one priority to find a way to fit our most dangerous player in the team. That he cannot see this tells me he's not capable of dong the job.

Which is fair enough, but the damage is done in truth Rynny. The meeting was held on Wednesday. David is still waiting today for his minutes to be ‘approved’ by Morris. The RamsTrust minutes now released only offer an anodyne version of what went on over 4 hours. No answers were given to the key questions in that meeting - we all must know that now. Morris called the meeting because he was obliged to under EFL rules. He is trying to get back in their good books. The meeting simply gave him the opportunity to say ‘poor me’ to an audience. He has turned our club into a shambles, and I can’t wait for the day he leaves the club.

There might be a player in there but based on what we've seen, the situation we are in financially and expeded to scrap all season, i am not convinced he's got what we need. Sibley did a lot more in 40 mins than he did in 70 ish

Sadly not,I don't know why you keep attempting to garner fans to have a more favourable view of him....once he succeeds as a manager and gets good results,popularity will follow,it's down to him.
