Hi all.  You’ll be able to tell from my username where I’m coming from.  I saw the ‘takeover’ talk of Derby via an NUFC link - just thought you might like a perspective from a club who the Bin Zayed Group ‘tried’ to buy previously.  Hopefully you will all take this in the spirit in which it is meant - it’s a shame to see these chancers being linked to a ‘proper’ club like DCFC.  If the East Midlands press is as poo as the North East, chances are they’ll not report this.
I’ll get this out of the way straight away; you won’t be taken over by this lot.  They’re potless.  They’re after the publicity.

Why do people keep repeating this when it's already been shown on here that wasn't the case? Sure we lost a few games 6-0, but we also lost a lot of games by a singular goal too.

What if we had,had Kazim as back up to Martin when Chrissie was injured back in 2015?
We would have gone up,no doubt in my mind as we would have been able to continue with the target/hold up man into the latter half of that season instead of altering our game to suit Bent when he came to us on loan.

Not quite true. Could easily have got another two points at Newcastle but for a Moore error.Both Bolton games too, Both Fulham games, Pompey at home, both Chelsea (disallowed goal) and Liverpool (foul on Mears) at home could’ve been very different. There were obviously major tonkings, but all in all, there were ten games we weren’t bad, Man City away too.

I like his no nonsense and positive attitude,  seems a real fight for the badge type of player who won't give up and also is a better striker than Waghorn on this seasons evidence. 

Fair play to the guy. Hardly a signing to light up the summer but he's come in, is working hard and is having an impact on the pitch. 
Definitely proving a few folk wrong or at least exceeding expectations. On his way to cult hero status if he keeps this up.

Old goat that I am .. I always want 2 up front. A big un and a little little un is classic stuff. How is Jack by the way .. came back with an injury, but what was it and does he have a part to play in what will be called the “Phoenix Protocol”  that begin with the next game and on to the end of the season where we finish as a steady mid table team with pretentious to greatness (again) 

a striking partnership that would probably take L1 by storm

attacking football is the Derby way. Even if it's a short term deal till the end of the season i would love to see what Mac could do with this squad. At the very least he will not get us relegated which i think is now the objective this year unfortunately.
