Good result. Good clap on 38 minutes. I sometimes have a feeling B4 is watching over these games. I mean how did that second goal go in?
I think Derby need a guardian angel.

I think we’ll win this one 3-0. I will be clapping at 38 minutes.

One step forward two steps back.

Pants pulled down? Sounds like Eton. I wonder which Cabinet minister he is?
Foreign Minister or does it have to include a pigs head?

What sad news. It has brought a lump to my throat when I read this.
This lad was Derby through and through. He always brought a smile to my face when giving a rallying call and when he had felt hard done by at an away game and woe betide any opposition fan or steward upsetting him.I had a look back at the PM’s I have had from him. These probably best describe the person he was. One message during Covid asked if I was ok and he said maybe I can help you when he sensed I was feeling down. Another giving me some friendly advice on the new James Bound film and his last message regarding his arthritis and my missus’s hip replacement.
I never met him although I saw him regularly at away matches giving his full support to Derby, however it felt like he was my friend.- Andicis, richinspain, Carnero and 10 others

Barkhuizen had a couple of quid on 3-0
he’ll wake up in cold sweats over that miss tonight.
A real statement result today.
It nearly smashed one of the floodlights.

To sum it up today we let Crewe score two goals and we couldn’t score. The longer the game went on we were trying different ways of putting the ball in the box. It did pay off in the end but early on some of the balls into the box were woeful. Crewe just threw themselves in front of the ball. No possession but a couple of deadly finishes. Not sure what can be said about today because we had all the ball yet were lucky to get a draw. Had we put half our chances away we’d be skipping around singing zipady doo dah!!

That’s just embarrassing

I reckon itv are trying to find the microphone picking up the Derby songs. At least the Collymore song hasn’t been on or it would be rather embarrassing.

2-0 v Forest is my standout memory from my youth.
Back then the FA cup was more prestigious. -
It makes a difference when the ref isn’t falling for these stupid dives etc that are going on. A good ref puts us on an even field.

I would never criticise our owner. He saved us at the end of the day and no one should forget that.

I think he’ll be pleasantly surprised on Saturday. He will be able to have a player run around the back of a Derby defender at least two yards outside the box then run in the box and fall down. Phewwww! Stonewall penalty there.

It's been reallybad here in Chesterfield today with almost every road across the town under water, closed or impassable. There are plenty of photos/videos online showing the scale of it. My 87 year old mum rang me from Clay Cross at 9am in a panic to tell me water was coming into her garden, by the time I got there 25 mins later the road was under water and waist deep in her house with her trapped upstairs. I managed to get her out with the help of a neighbour and it took me 4 hours to get her to my house in chesterfield. I'm not looking forward to what I'm going to find tomorrow when I can get back there!
The missus’s sister lives opposite the Birdcage on Derby Road. I reckon the water level came above her letter box. She hasn’t gone home yet. She couldn’t get back on Friday and there is no gas or electricity. I had a drive on to where B&Ms is and Next, Curry’s and Poundland are all devastated. The car park is just full of mud. However I’m not to bothered about the car park because they can put my £50 parking fine towards cleaning it up.

Seen this idea that shrews made the pitch narrow in size for yesterday’s game posted a few times , pretty sure clubs have to give dimensions ( within limits ) at the start of a season and then stick with them all season 🤷🏻♂️
I’m not 100% sure but I think you have to submit your pitch dimensions at the start of the season and you can’t change them after that.

I saw the ‘highlights’ yesterday and found it very frustrating seeing empty seats in the away end when it was a sell out. Was it the usual muppets just drinking in the concourses during the game, standing in the aisles or no shows. Frustrating having an away membership you can never use and seeing empty seats.
Quite why i would want to go away from home at the moment I can’t really say but still!
No trains from Matlock and the train to Birmingham was cancelled. My lad had a ticket but couldn’t get and it was too late to make alternative arrangements.

Hourihane has done pretty well since coming on.
Two big defensive interceptions stopped almost certain goals
And he’s scored
