If I was bidding I would slow the process down to see what division we would be in next season. It makes a huge difference to year one revenues.
That said - we are preparing for next season. We’ve already put the binnies out (I’ll get my coat)

Lawrence back Saturday, hopefully Bielik also ok. Win - and assume Reading lose - the whole outlook is different. I still believe.
We are Derby - and we will die fighting.

You look at our back line and we are asking them to keep a clean sheet in the hope that 35yr old Kazim or young lad Plange nick a goal (neither have done that all season really). You see where it looks hard for us.
Still - long way to go - and things might look a whole lot better by the weekend.

Perhaps not as tongue in cheek as wanted but;
Bournemouth for cheating to promotion
Leicester for cheating to promotion
QPR for cheating to promotion
Wolves for cheating to promotion
Liverpool for Heysel stopping us getting European football

There will be more. So why don’t we sue all these clubs for lost revenue now - assume we can get more than we need to settle with Boro and Wycombe.
I would love it if that was the next move for the administrators. Would love to see the faces of the EFL!

That’s basically what he said to me - if one or both clubs haven’t asked for arbitration - it is nothing to do with the EFL. He has also stated they did not block a sale.
I am beginning to wonder if all this has got nothing to do with announcing a PB - and the delay is what has prompted the EFL to ask about our ability to complete our fixtures without a PB.
If that is the case - it would be entirely reasonable. And if that is the case it will all be resolved as soon as a PB is announced.
So the question remains - what is preventing us from being able to do that?

I don’t understand this. If his contract ran until Monday - why haven’t we kept him for the game tomorrow? And assuming proof of funds comes some time next week - he could sign again in time for the next match.
What am I missing? Are we over our embargo constraints on the number of senior registrations?

What a great spot. I have messaged them to get the deal done. Thanks so much Plymouth Ram - and Loweman2 - who had he let me, I could have spent a lot of money with!

Fab - thanks Loweman - I will take the advice. I have a decent budget - and it’s a signature piece I am looking for to finish off my office. Ironically I did have a really nice framed match worn Charlie George shirt (unsigned) but gave it to my nephew (who’s name is Charlie George) 18 years ago when he was born. How I secretly regret that show of generosity now. He is a rams fan now though - so every cloud!

Hi all. I am searching for a signed shirt, framed - ideally from the 70’s. All I can find is either Rooney, or a non football shirt signed by McFarland (would have been ideal otherwise).
Can anyone point me in the direction of opportunity? Loweram must know something, surely? ?

Jesus - the merchandise is awful. Just bought a mug, a poster (which I will frame) and another shirt. Why don’t we sell framed pictures of our most historic moments? Opportunity missed.

Make sure clubs can meet the revenue commitments via turnover - allow capital funding from the owner - cost and residual value not recognised by the club. Don’t allow capitalisation or amortisation. Simples.

I want Adam Armstrong up front. Mengi and Edmondson will be ok for centre backs. Assume Byrne and Buchanan will stay - but Marshall will go - so a new keeper needed. Assuming Bielik is fit - I would like a creative midfielder - someone like Maddison (Leicester) but more affordable. I then would have a fully fit Ibe and another creative wide player - any chance of Harry Wilson?!
