Struggles with injuries? Missed 2 large spells this season. 22 games played and only 1 assist (no goals) is pretty por for an "attacking full back".

He always has been a fantastic s*** stopper. When we first signed him, his distribution and catching from catches were two of his strengths too. He seemed to lose confidence in catching the ball after the Playoff Final, but improved a lot towards the end of his spell with us.
He was my number 1 keeper and wouldn't have wasted time or budget on Hamer, Marshall or Allsop.

I think Shay Given coached the keepers to punch, as that is what he did as a shorter keeper. It wasn't natural to Roos so he lost all confidence and the ability to catch or punch it. Not helped by the crowd who added to the panic.
Seen a couple of his games for Aberdeen and he seems much more confident.

It's called "SCMP" in L1 and L2 (can't remember what it stands for).
In L1, it's 60% of certain revenue plus 100% of other revenue (such as cup income, player sales, and owner cash injection). Clubs relegated from the Champio ship have a slightly higher allowance than the 60% bit.
League 2 is 50% instead.

You are correct regarding L1 financial rules. However, they will still have to comply with Championship P&S rules upon promotion. A lot of excludables  in L1 are not excluded from Championship P&S calculations.
In effect, L1 clubs with an aspiration of winning promotion have to follow Championship rules too.

I thought that bit was referring to in game management. Ie a player having a bad day should have been brought off earlier, rather than expecting him to suddenly have a magic moment

They have only 7 players under the age of 27 with 4 of those out of contractthis summer. None of them played more than 50% of the total minutes this season.
They have only 7 other players under 30 with 4 of those also out of contract.
In fact, I think they only have about 7 players contracted beyond the summer. A couple of players to have extension options too.

That hasn't really been the case since Lampard left. 3 permanent signings in 19/20, 6 in 20/21 and 5 in 21/22. 28 first team players left in that same 3 year period.
