Out of context filth

Don’t hate the player. Hate the game. Referee could’ve stopped him earlier, but didn’t, and he’d got a couple of missed penalties for troubles by the time the ref put a stop to it.

So in a shootout, with the ball already placed on the spot, the keeper can saunter up, pick up the ball, carry back to his goal line, then roll it away... all under the ever-watchful eye of the referee, and it's not worthy of a card?
Not even for ungentlemanly conduct?

Sorry, have to disagree.
The ball is already placed!
It's blatantly removing the ball from it's free-kick position, and throwing it away.  Anyone does that during the 90mins, even for a standard free kick in the centre circle, and the very least they get is a "stern talking to", but more often, a card is issued.
It's not a case of "leveraging an advantage", it's out and out ungentlemanly conduct. 
He shouldn't need advising that it's against the rules, just as nobody needs advising that it's against the rules to pull a penalty taker's shorts down to his ankles, just as he's about to start his run up from the D!  ?  
I'm not one for crying "I'm done with football", as it's not that important to me, but I've got a big downer on this one.  I'm still stunned the ref followed his every move, from start to finish... and did feckall!  ?

I did and it just took over the taste and made it all goosey.

How about sellotaping it to a really hungry eagle and after the eagle has chewed it's head off stepping into rescue it and throwing it straight in a very hot deep fat fryer that has been laced with essence of peppermint.

But my mate Jaques did a fews ago.  He said it was horrible and it was no better without the peppermint or using a kestrel to do the chewing of the head.

As soon as I realised the player wasn't Adam Bolder, I just gave up, to be fair!  ?

DPD are useless as well, ordered some records from Italy a few months ago, tracking had it arrive in Moncton (about 20 miles away) for delivery the next day.
Nothing arrived then an email from DPD saying they couldn't find my address, but he attached a Google map of my address.
I confirmed this was correct...4 days later I had a delivery confirmed notification and photo of the package on the doorstep...not my doorstep mind you, they had sent it 1200 KM away to an address in Ontario.
