I would respectfully disagree. LWB is the only position in which Sibley has looked competent. When he plays further forward he is unable to receive the ball under pressure. His first touch isn’t good enough and he gets outmuscled.
When he plays at LWB, he receives the ball under little pressure and has the majority of the pitch in front of him. He then has the time to pick a pass or develop momentum in a forward run.
Whether or not he can do that in the Championship remains to be seen but if he stays, I wish him all the best.

I personally don't think he'll make a championship number 10 if he played 46 games in a row under Pep Guardiola.

Its the cheating players that cause most of the penalty controversies, the offsides are usually very marginal. Hand ball is now farsical. It used to be quite simple, if the hand plays the ball its handball. If the ball plays the hand it isn't. Scrap VAR and pundits for goodness sake!
