Arbitration is legally binding without appeal. Mediation is an agreed position but not legally binding. We are going down the arbitration rote. 

It bothers me now that I didn't take more interest in what happened to Bury FC and others. 

Its easy to see how Bury were flattened by the EFL, they didn't stand a chance. Its only because we are a much larger club with a substantial fan base that we have just about managed to push back and to some extent turn the tide on the bullies.

So, they are powerless to get things moving (from their point of view) but at the same time they insist the issue has to be settled in house? That right there has to be the point of attack. This is going to liquidate the club and cost creditors millions of pounds (which we know). Surely such a blatantly ridiculous situation cant be left unchallenged by the administrators. They, along with the MP's as well as anyone with influence really should be trumpeting this from the roof tops but they aren't.... Why?

If Parry as stated recently says the EFL have a process for dealing with club disputes can anyone tell me what they are waiting for? Sorry Ive lost the plot!

Trouble is they won't get into the detail of how unjust all this is and how the parasites behaviour is disgusting it will just be about us potentially getting liquidated. 

No matter what the outcome of our situation I would of thought there must be an independent in depth review of the EFL's role in all this.

No doubt about it.... So much history around the BBG. I can still to this day feel the thrill of walking up to the boys enclosure and the smell of tobacco., chips etc etc.... Great days.

So who decides if they are football creditors or not? Can someone ask the EFL?

Im thinking of something along the lines of:-

1 - Please confirm how much your claim against DCFC is for, how it is calculated and on what basis it is made

2 - Please confirm why your claim is against DCFC and not the EFL. You will be aware that an IDC found that Derby had not 'systematically cheated' as you claim and had fully acted within the rules.

3 - How many clubs are you aware in recent years that have breached P&S rules and been promoted? Why have you not made claims against any of these clubs?

4 - Is it true that in the year ended 30 June 2016, your club surrendered its tax losses to another of your companies and used the tax saving as profit for P&S purposes? If so, do you believe that this was in the spirit of P&S rules?

 5- If your claim is successful, how do you see it affecting the future of the football league, when league positions are decided in a courtroom rather than on the football field.

6 - In light of your recent statement, it appears that you seem very aware of the intracacies of what is happening behind the scenes at DCFC. Given that, by your own admission, you have not been in contact with the administrators can you please confirm how you are obtaining your information.

 

Although he wont reply this really needs to be sent and publicised.

I've run out of things to ask. I think we can only wait and see what develops now.

You came up with some very interesting thoughts earlier Brailsford. Did you manage to get your information to the admins?
