In the early 2000s there was a stripper night in my local in Gainsborough. One rather rough young man from work was in attendance and was telling everybody at work how good it was. 
When I asked how old the performer was he said "in her forties"
Apologies for the agism but it did little to make me wish I'd been there. Young woman's game, IMO.

So much of the the froth and vinegar aimed at the club this last few days has been unfair, it would seem.
Everything is under due process and extremely limited room to communicate due to NDAs.
We have missed a payment, but we haven't had our dues paid to us, so weren't in a position to do so.
Chill, bring on England v Andorra and forget about it until the next Rams game.
I've renewed, by the way, and I'd encourage everyone else to do the same. It's a tolerable and organised side, with a game-plan and a shedload of talented homegrown lads in the squad, so well worth a watch. Whatever position we're in off the pitch, it's certainly not going to be improved by staying away.

Duck me what a ducking joke we are

You can restate prior year accounts at companies house I know this because I have just done this for 2019 when I filed 2020, of course the restated numbers were audited and signed off but it is no big deal.

I know nothing about accounting but i do know that if the EFL could punish us they would. They are desperate to hit us, the fact they haven't yet is not for the want of trying.
Our accounts must be the most scrutinised ever and still they are struggling to find summat.
Time to ? or get off the pot.

It’s too early to say we’re certainties to go down. I thought we were doomed initially but we managed to sign Davies Jags Stearman Morrison and Baldock since and all have made positive starts. The early signs in the way we’re trying to play, the early form of Bird, Sibley and Jozwiak with the return of Knight on the horizon and Bielik just beyond it, this makes me hopeful it might not be that bad. 
We will know where we are at coming into Christmas and if we are in the bottom 3, with no sign of the issues off the field being resolved and still the potential for points deductions then I will really start to fear the worst again.
I’m still feeling more positive at this moment than before we kicked a ball and that is absolutely 100% down to Rooney the staff and the players for the job they’ve done so far this season, and not the leadership of this club which is frankly turning into a poo show.
On another point, the fact we’re still  in embargo suggests to me we intend to fight the EFL on this and not roll over. 
 

Went to bed early hoping there would be some news of the embargo being lifted and some players being signed, turns out nothing has changed. Am I concerned? Yes. Do I think we have no chance of survival? No.
With the squad we have we've proven we can be competitive, I don't foresee that changing for the rest of the season. Looking forward to continuing to be underdogs going into every game, lets show everyone what we've got.

let the club, let us down bigtime and may have consigned us to league 1
i hope and prey rooney can squeeze every last ounce out of this squad, wrap them in cotton wool and hopefully we stay clear of any more injuries and we may be in with a shout still of survival come jan

At least Liam Thompson and cashin might now get a look in if we have to focus on what we have. 

I never thought i would say this but i feel sorry for Rooney, i just wonder how many false promises he has been given as to strengthening the squad, he has quoted Several times saying that things are progressing and he should be able to bring in players in the next few days etc. Well here he is,the final day of the transfer window and he is having to sit on his hands seeing players he wanted signing for other clubs. Belief and enthusiasm only lasts so long before you think what's the point. 

Hmm I like centre backs who can judge a flighted ball. I'd like more pace at CB but not in the form of Wisdom. Played a part in more goals given away than any other defender I can remember.
