Same at Burnley! Mucker1884
HorsforthRam
Beaten my an average Sunderland side (tonight) by a standard average performance. our lack of cutting edge, even in the first 10 mins is alarming away from home Jayram

Mucker1884
for some perspective, we have just lost away to the top of the league. We were second best admittedly, but we were no more light years away from Sunderland as we are from Oxford! Kernow
Beaten away from home by a much better side. Not hugely surprised or gutted about that one. A big chance to get an important win on Saturday now, that's one I will be disappointed with if we come away with nothing. r_wilcockson, Caerphilly Ram, Mucker1884 and 4 others 4
chewbacca
Imagine having an elite stadium such as the SOL and attendance in the 40 thousands and then embarrassing yourself with that dreadful display of lights and music both before and after the game. Anyway we were well beaten tonight, perhaps the only way I can have a dig at them. Ken Tram
Ramfan1958
Why no Collins ? When you need a goal of any type why Jackson instead of Collins unbelievable.

Has anyone mentioned how we always get shi# refs lately 🤔🤔🤔 The ref was actually fairly good - that was his only real error, apart from increasingly willing to give soft free kicks to Sunderland. Bit in the end we weren’t up to their level. Not too far away but ……… We must start working on our midfield play now that we have recognised that there is such a place. Because Collins isn’t quick enough and at this level is rarely in the right place at the right time. Srg
Please bin off wing backs. We are 2 years into Warne and he’s never had us play well with it. Our attack goes to crap and our defence gets pulled over the place after they waltz through an empty midfield. Stick to a 4, even if that means leaving someone out. But why no Brown? Deserves minutes over Chirewa and whilst they’re different positions, we could have switched it to a 2 with a CAM behind easily. Kernow
It's worth noting that so far 6 of our opposition are currently in the top half (5 of the top 8), and 2 are in the bottom half. I know it's still early days so teams can jump or fall a few places in one game, but 4 of our next 6 games are against bottom half opposition. Unfortunately we only have 2 home games in that time, so if we can start picking up some points away from home we'll be absolutely fine.
