East stand is because of all the trouble with our fans, some game by game ticket holders wanting to stand ST holders wanting to sit, and trouble with the stewards (as far as I know). I think they will start to open up areas not normally open soon including Block H in the west stand and H,I in the East stand plus restricted view seats. Generally not restricted view as in pillars in the way, most of them are around the bottom of staircases where people are constantly passing.
