We have way better players than him in midfield areas. We need another central defender and a right back. The right back would free up Smith for midfield and he is better than Shinnie. Scott129 Posted January 1, 2023 Share Posted January 1, 2023 I think that, if we bring Shinnie back, it will probably be as a replacement for Knight. I could also see Thompson going out on loan.
