He has gone from a laughing stock / bewilderment that he is in the team to being worried Notts might poach him and being championship player of the year. Such a shame he didn’t get to 1000 runs. Strangely didn’t play in the championship after July to the apparent surprise of Bears fans, now leading to the suggestion they knew at that point he was looking to leave.
