Would be a bit boring if Everton just cruised to victory which I was half expecting. The German second division had a decent ending. Heidenheim needed a win to secure promotion, and they scored two goals in added time, coming from 2-0 down to win 3-2. One of the good things about German football is they don’t have parachute payments so you always get new teams who get promoted as the second tier is very evenly matches. Darmstadt and Heidemheim finished top two. The latter were a sixth division club 20 years ago and I don’t think have ever played in the top flight before.
