Baj
Guillermo del Toro's Cabinet of Curiosities -Netflix, 8 stand alone Horror short stories released at 2 episodes per day. Very good start (watched first two), bit of a Horror fan so i'll go Seth/
AndyinLiverpool
We are watching "The Watcher' on Netflix. I largely agreed to watch cause I was warned about 'sex references' and thought Naomi Watts might gerremoff. No such luck but it is strangley compelling, even as it gets more and more preposterous. Bob The Badger
The Terminal List with Chris Pratt on Amazon. This is the 3rd consecutive pile of tripe after Gangs of London and The Inside Man I've subjected myself to. Pratt is hammier than Porky the Pig eating a bacon sandwich. He is just a horrible actor. He also looks way too much like Tom Brady for my liking and I can't stand that whiny little b****.
Rev
Only the BBC could commission a tribute to their 100 years of broadcasting, and allow this as the result. www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m001dk9y via @bbciplayer The takedown of Death in Paradise is a high point. The Harry Enfield thing? I’m a fan of his stuff usually but as you say, it was such a mish-mash. Real stream of consciousness stuff which was hard to follow. Needed better editing. I was amused by it. I liked the dalek asking if he had time to pop out for a fag. Rev
Bob The Badger
After three strikeouts we decided to go back to White Lotus on Sky after bailing before the end of the first episode the first time for some bizarre reason. Glad we did, it's great and I see the 2nd season just started. And I'm with @Rev and @Anag Ram, I thought the Harry Enfield thing was bollox. Eddie
My drunken after-midnight viewing at the moment is "The Last Boat", a post-pandemic pile of nonsense on Netflix. It's great if your favourite viewing sport is predicting what disaster is going to happen next, and how are the heroes going to resolve the seemingly insurmountable problems that result. Bad science, not to be viewed sober, but a bit of a giggle nonetheless.
