He’s Sarri’s sort of midfielder, who likes ‘all round’ midfielders. Makes sense that he stays if he has aspirations for Euro 2020 with England. If indeed Chelsea's new manager looks after the young talent it will be a major change in direction. Maybe the owner is tightening the purse and inner resources will need to be used??
