If he had played until the final whistle we would have won it. He will get fitter and even better as the games go on and we will keep many clean sheets, and as we are more solid this will give the other players more confidence to get forward more , so we will get more goals. to use a mechanical analogy regarding the team It isnt broken. it doesnt need fixing its just running in after a new engine has been fitted. Baby steps maybe, but that's progress. I'm perfectly happy and content to give Gaz the 2 full seasons remaining on his contract and see how things look at that point.
