Spoke to him and thanked him for his efforts for Derby County. His reply,was thanks,it means alot and this is our club.

It has always been like that, and it always will be. Tribalism. No need for us to get too upset or pious about away fans singing scummy songs or vandalising and throwing seats either. We have a minority who are happy to do exactly the same.

Unfortunately for you, *if* the EFL decide that overspending requires paying compensation to the teams you displace, then you owe us about £90m I reckon, and if you don’t pay up, you’ll get kicked out of the league.  And rinse and repeat for dozens and dozens of other cases across the league.  Obviously we’re all hoping it doesn’t come down to that, because it would be absolutely insane. But that’s what’s at stake here.

I wonder what would happen if say 10 or 12 championship clubs started proceedings against the EFL for the unfair financial advantage given to parachute clubs. I know it won’t happen but it’s worth saying and puts the so called cheating claims in to perspective.

Pathetic, isn't it? They've only got 45 players to choose from, several new signings and in a good vein of form, yet they still need more advantages to feel confident.
Never known a flakier set of fans. If what's happening to us was happening to them, the City Ground would be half-empty. Of course, they have their dedicated hardcore, but the fact that, prior to the pandemic, there's only been one season this century where their average attendance has exceeded ours (and 9 where ours exceeded theirs by more than 5,000) shows how deluded their constant criticism of our support is. 

If 10,000 of us looted and pillaged Middle Borough for 40 days and 40 nights we could cause £25 worth of damage......

Full of weasel words from the EFL. For instance, point 11 they claim the Administrators accepted the additional 9 point penalty. Wasn't this only because the EFL kicked the appeal into the long grass so we had absolutely no choice if continuing to function as a club?
I'm glad they say we say the Boro and Wycombe claims are "spurious". It is appalling they have no view on them, haven't even seen Wycombe's. but won't let us deal separately with them outside the EFL framework and through the courts.

Its immoral, possibly illegal, what the EFL are doing. We've taken the punishment but our unbelievable performances, team spirit, Rooney's leadership pulling the whole lot together, has scared the EFL into moving the goal posts. 
They must really be in hock to Gibson to do this to us.
