In my job the West Midlands also includes Warwickshire and Herefordshire, not many league clubs in quite a large area, but agree that there are some lovely places to visit.

Wish I'd not played this game!
142 miles to Pride Park for me from Bristol.
That means Plymouth, Bristol Rovers, Exeter, Cheltenham, Forest Green Rovers, Portsmouth, Oxford City, Shrewsbury, Burton, Wycombe, MK Dons and Port Vale would all be shorter journeys. I make that 12 grounds.
However I've been driving to and from Derbyshire for 37 years since moving down here. Never seems a chore and was quite surprised how many closer grounds there actually are.

I live in Wycombe so only 3 mins to Adam’s park for me.
They do love me and my son wearing our Rams shirts in town

13/9/1958 : Absolutely sweltering under the Popside stand v Sheffield Wednesday.
Lost 1 v 4, attendance 24,227, with Dave Cargill scoring for DCFC.

Wistaston Ram got a reaction from Crewton in Football in the heat
Looking like it will be about 32 degrees for the game on Saturday. I cannot remember going to a match in such a hot temperature. The hottest I can remember was when we played at Fulham back in the Jim Smith years (0.0 I think). Must have been the first away game of the season and it was roasting in the old cramped wooden stand (the away fans were housed along the side in those days) and what a relief to get out into the fresh air at the end.

In terms of travel time, you can add Cheltenham, Wycombe, Portsmouth, MK Dons, Oxford and Burton too!
10 teams that would be quicker to get to from Cornwall than Derby is. Not bad going…

Remember the Fulham game well, the bar ran out of drinks at halftime.

Wistaston Ram got a reaction from SKRam in Matchday Thread - Charlton Athletic v Derby County (06/08 15:00)
Back in Crewe after a long cramped train journey delayed by Wednesday fans in MK trying to board an already packed train. Very enjoyable day apart from the result but I was encouraged by the performance especially first half. I spoke to several Charlton fans on the long walk to North Greenwich and they were very complimentary about our support and like them, we are moving forwards after dark days. All in all I'm not too down and on another day would be bringing three points home. Thanks for the pre-match recommendations for food and beer, loved Borough Market, meeting a lot of fellow rams fans. A good day.

Always a special memory when we play Charlton as this was the first game I took the flag too. Monday 15 December 2008.
Fast forward 14 years.....

It will be, I've just not been home since it came out so not had a chance to order any yet! If you wanted one sooner though, Amazon or Waterstones is probably your best bet as there's another delay getting it into the club shop shop apparently

If you're at the home game before you could pick them up then.

Wistaston Ram reacted to Foreveram in Away Tickets - 2022/23
The website states no collections from away stadiums, by the 13th of August the tickets will be off sale online so people will have to either ring the ticket office or go in person, but will not know how many tickets are left, not a good situation. If the Fleetwood tickets do not go on sale very soon the same thing will apply for that match as well.
