Nice finish by Windass for Wednesday. Does he ever get excited about scoring?

Another block opened in the South Stand, so another 600 odd tickets available

I was 15 and it was the biggest game I had so far attended after seven years of mediocrity. I sat in the Osmaston Wing of the Ley Stand with my dad. I remember watching an old man a few rows in front, stoically sitting through a hail of coins throw by the Forest fans from the terrace below. it was like something from the opening scene of Saving Private Ryan. Not sure I have ever heard a louder roar than when Archie's free kick hit the back of the net or felt so elated walking back to the car afterwards.

Not sure what the relevance of Bolton’s sales is but, as at 29th July is was reported as “over 19,000”
Just read on Facebook Bolton getting very excited about their season ticket sales and wondered how ours compared after the closure of the half season sales window.
-
Just wondered if anyone knew how many season tickets have now been sold. Read somewhere that Bolton had sold 14k of season/half season tickets. Guessing it must be about 20k.

I think they might have to open up some more areas.
Only 1,740 tickets left, 579 of them in the east stand, the rest in the South stand.
Over 800 tickets sold today.
Don’t miss out.2 more blocks open in East Stand so a total of 2,379 tickets now available. I understand Barnsley have sold about 850 tickets, so might yet get close to 10k.

After seeing the highlights, I was pleased to see it was Accy's number 6 who gifted us the fourth goal. I remember him constantly trying to wind up Sibley at their place. Fortunately it didn't work and Sibley had the last laugh, being involved in the third goal.
It was a sending off for Osula, but I was not impressed with his over reaction to the tap on his leg. What an annoying little chap he is, to put it politely.

Well you said you don’t get it, so just offering my opinion. It’s not an interesting game, in a cup I think I’d personally rather not be in anyway. Straight after Christmas in likely cold weather. A lot of factors why no one can be bothered with it.
You can also add playing at Sunday lunch time after two homes games in the past 10 days

Just back in record time despite driving back through stoke who were playing at home (5.5k less fans than at Pride Park for their big match v Burnley). Not quite as entertaining as our win there, almost a year ago to the day, but probably a more important 3 points. Roll on Accy. UTR

Fair play to the FGR fans who made the trip. Made me laugh when they sang 'Champions of League 2, you'll never sing that'

Chris Riggott I think
I remember after seeing him at Villa Park (might have scored?), thinking he looked class and would go on to play for England. He might have done if he had not had so many injuries.

Certainly has been some comedy keeping in this round so far.
