Tyler Durden got a reaction from RoyMac5 in The Downfall of Derby County: How it happened
Sorry ?
Am particularly humourless tonight, nothing to do with yourself so I apologise if I was a bit brusque.
And yes it was CharlotteRam or whatever her moniker is that struck a raw nerve like I'm Satan incarnate.

I said I didn't find the video particularly interesting so what? It wasn't anything I already didn't know but for an independent observer than yes would be of interest.
Like you want to pick out some other hateful posts I've made recently or even today just to give your reaction some semblance of being balanced and proportionate.

The Comments section is more interesting than the video itself

Tyler Durden got a reaction from Mostyn6 in Depression, anxiety, stress and other related issues
I was just scrolling through my LinkedIn feeds half an hour ago and saw a post from a contact from Malton North Yorkshire saying they're bowing out now together with a picture of a bedside table full of paracetamol....with a lot of messages about what's her address and phone 999. Hope to God she's OK. Makes you feel utterly helpless.

As soon as I saw this thread title I thought of @Tyler Durden pricking his hateful ears. Moth to a flame. And low and behold...
I did expect to see @Jourdanin here too but it looks like he's taking a bit of time away while he waits for England to lose. He'll be back smug AF Sunday night if it doesn't come home.
So full of hate these boys.
Hate hate hate.

Tyler Durden got a reaction from Tamworthram in EFL Verdict
Yes of course you would, you're legally responsible until the sale goes through so you'd carry on paying until that point. In our case it didn't happen though so Morris is still responsible for those financial commitments.
It seems very cavalier, reckless or just naive for Morris to assume that the buyer was going to pick up those financial commitments before the sale had gone through.
Sounds akin to a conversation in a pub when you're totally leathered about tapping a total stranger up for some cash.

Of course you would. The seller is still responsible for council tax until completion and, you’re still required to make your mortgage repayments until the mortgage has been repaid.

It's pretty shoddy for any business not to be paying employees wages.
Think we got off lightly with a suspended points deduction as players could have claimed breach of contract and walked for nothing.

Tyler Durden got a reaction from Dean (hick) Saunders in Relegation?
The whole club is a busted flush at the moment, we're far more likely to be relegated than be promoted as things stand for next season.
The vicious circle we are stuck in seems to be an inverse square rule - the longer time ticks on with no new owner coming in means the likelihood of that new owner coming in decreases accordingly.
As a poor analogy surely Mel must realise that if the club were a house he's trying to sell then either he has to accept that he's going to get rock bottom money for it or he has to wait and spend money getting it into some presentable, saleable condition?
Either way he needs to accept that he doesn't get anywhere near what he wants for it or spends his money making it a semi attractive proposition.

Tyler Durden got a reaction from RYRAM in Summer 2021 Transfer Window - Suggestion Thread
Remember Paul McGrath and his dodgy knees did a decent job for us and he must have been about 36 or 37 at the time.

I'll do you one better....why don't our scouting team and club come up with better alternatives.....

It is his fault. For at least trusting the 'promise' of an investor. Seems a remarkably cavalier approach to payment of employees' salaries.

But is there ? Or is it like some made up reality where there isn’t anything else so the proletariat conform. ….. Or rebel and spout distorted BS or ….. alternatively keep our heads down knowing that this isn’t right but rationally we can’t do anything substantial about it. (That’s Me - but at least I get to pontificate on here ?)

Annoyingly on nights this week so going to miss this one.
Will be interested to see what percentage of the staff also meant to be in tonight bail with mystery illnesses I'm going for a conservative 15%

Tyler Durden got a reaction from GenBr in Yankee Doodle Derby
Very strange response, I thought my post was pretty insipid to be honest but must have horribly misjudged that one I guess.
I guess you think I have voodoo dolls of a caricature of Mel Morris that I stick pins in to amuse myself or something of that ilk but alas I lead such a quiet existence am afraid.
Anyhows I'll DM you next time I'm going to post something to run it by your internal censor to avoid further offending you.

Tyler Durden got a reaction from cosmic in At What Point Do You Cancel Your Season Ticket?
It's an interesting debate, there seems to be a schizm between those who will buy a season ticket year in year out regardless of what league we are in as it's part of their Saturday social fabric and those who are getting disenfranchised with the recent issues at the club and it seems that any enjoyment has been systematically eroded over the past few seasons.
I never really fell into the first camp and maybe unsurprisingly for a lot of posters on here the enjoyment for me has been steadily eroded which probably manifests itself on how I come across on here - not making any excuses just saying how it is.
All of the issues off the field now have just eclipsed what happens on it and it's become more than just an unwelcome distraction. The communication from the club recently has been appalling let's been totally honest and even making a statement saying there's no updates is better than just radio static.
I'm not really arsed if we play in League 1 or the Premiership I am bothered about the club being turned into a circus which is where we have gradually been dragged by the current owner. Anyhows we live in hope that a new owner can come in and try to run the club in a more coherent fashion which is probably the politest way to phrase things.
