After the cost cutting. What sort of home gates do we need to break even? Are we now paying rent to use Pride Park?

What are the expectations for this season?
With the current thread bare squad, reliance on academy players and a number of trialists, is the aim just to stay in the championship, positions ourselves for a more successful 22/23 and remain attractive to a potential buyer? Or do you expect more from Wayne and team?

Is there any future plans to move away from having betting advertising? ..... Due to increase in people getting in debt through betting and effect on metal health and increased suicides from betting debt. Understand means needs other forms of advertising which i'm sure isn't exactly free flowing at moment but be nice to acknowledge the issue/ have a plan to move away from it in future.

Now we have lost many of our high wage earners, will it be possible for the club to break even this coming season with the owners subsidising only future player purchases, rather than the day to day running of the club?

The difference between this season and any other recently is that I'll  celebrate each and every point as it takes us one step closer to 21st and above. For that reason alone I'm quite excited.

Do we need to sell players to ensure our financial security? 

 

what is the likelihood of a takeover in the near future? 

 

What is our transfer policy going forwards to ensure we can be a successful team on the pitch while still being a sustainable club off the pitch?

Upon completing the sale of the club, will it once again have a stadium that it owns?

My question: will we need to sell any (academy) players this season, whether for P&S or cash flow reasons?
 
 
Some of the obvious questions will get obvious answers, and almost pointless asking them. They answers will be reassuring to some though.
HMRC, Marriott, transfer installment, etc.. - due to failed takeover in December
Ongoing embargo, why accounts/calculations haven't been submitted yet - due to ironing out conflicting opinions between club and EFL
No transfers - due to embargo and tight restrictions set by EFL
Risk of administration - not whilst Mel is owner
STs - don't want to sell too many in case we have to reduce capacity due to Covid
I would query why we haven't cleared the defaulted HMRC payments yet, but Chris Coles had already told us the club will be doing that later this week

Derby have an option to extend Buchanan contract next summer so effectively two years left (according to DET) so no rush to sell this summer
Byrne is such a hard one… our most creative player but also at peak age for value and leaving for nothing next summer… it’s a keep for me just because he is that good (relative to all our players in other positions)

It’s ok because I think they are both part of the kingdom of Mercia (according to FFP rules ) 

Are we a feeder team for Tamworth now? 

Even though we acquired Byrne for a pittance it would be a waste of that shrewd bit of business if we lost him for next to nothing too.
