@CBRammette is the park and ride near the airport still operational? We parked and walked from there last year.
Yes Newmarket Road one

anyone going a14 way do not go off at the junction derby side of Fen Ditton/Horningsea as main road into town that way (Milton Road) has been a dug up roadworks shambles forever.
If the fen ditton route mentioned above is showing a small bit of "red" traffic on google maps just over a14 bridge into fen ditton you will be fine. If its showing red/queuing up the slip road from a14 to the roadworks and/or from the roadworks in fen ditton up to newmarket road follow SLO advice. This my route to work
Cambridge traffic is purposefully 💩at the mo as was so much uproar about planned congestion charge that it was abandoned.
cambridge hates cars. These work well depending on plans https://www.voi.com/city/cambridge

Yeah I am renewing but the lads I go with travel a fair distance and as a result often miss non Saturday games as they can't make it after work. After a season of this I could see them questioning whether it's worth renewing again - and if they didn't I doubt I'd want to go on my own.
My son is similar in that he works shifts so if it's not a 3pm saturday ko he often misses out - if he's missing 50% of the games why buy a season ticket?
Thinking about it i could just share a ticket with him and go when he can't. I don't want to pay match by match as prices are silly
Yep and cant sit with who or where you want, have to remember to buy tickets, etc. Next year we are going to have 3 not this year's 4 hoping 3 of us can make most games and my son is off to uni

Straight from the horses/footballers mouths:
Wildsmith was asked about rumours of him leaving Derby. He has not yet been offered a new contract.
Ebou and his missus are absolutely loving everything about Derby. He said there are several things that need to fall into place about signing but seemed positive. He is the loveliest down to earth person. Didn’t stop smiling all night. If we need to forcefully restrain him to keep him here count me in! He doesn’t mind the Ebou chant sounding like booing.Dwight Gayle is recovering well and hoping to be back next week.
Max Bird still very much focused on the next too games, despite moving on.
Nathaniel Mendez-Laing smells very nice
Nothing surprising there especially your last comment 😍 Glad you enjoyed it so much albeit I am sure it was also a sad evening for you all

From a quick look of their weekend fixture vs Charlton the pitch didn't seem to be in a good condition. Nathan Jones described the pitch as 'rustic at best' and 'they haven't watered it in 8/10 years' and it didn't allow for free flowing football.
It definitely got a good watering today!
I think this will be trickier than many seem to think after appointing Gary Monk they have steadied -still erratic but beat Wigan and Barnsley recently. And you know Derby....... -

You need to blend in with the home crowd so will have to be an obscene gesture.

Any other Rams going incognito next Saturday at Cambridge in the home end ?
We have a little crew of 6 of us in the seats but I’m sure there are plenty more .
Yes my son and I are. Will be incognito as know lots home season ticket supporters. Not sure if you're a member of it but some of East Anglian Rams group are also. Sure there will be others as sales look better than normal. But the account registration cut off was early.
And those making rowing jokes the football club is definitely town not gown
Also met the legendary @angieramlast year in away end so will have to work out subtle signal to her!

Was very nervous about this one but without need. Most encouraging is how the squad are all pulling together in the run in with key goals coming from unexpected players adams, ward, wilson now Bradley.
Two to go - can we do it? And more importantly can we stay calm and neutral in the home stand at Cambridge? Any tips?

A big shout out for Sibley’s tackle in the second half at 2-0. I enjoyed that as much as a goal as we were allowing them too much of the ball at the time. Another good performance.
Things do appear a lot brighter today. 2 wins needed now. Don’t c*** it up!!!
🐏🐏🐏We all thought Sibley was brilliant today

Plus ANOTHER £88 for the train plus 60 to 70 for a hotel at best. Add in beer, food and a match ticket and that's €450. I'd usually expect to pay that flying into Brum Friday morning, 2 nights hotel, Train, match ticket, food and beer, back Sunday afternoon, not for a 24 hour rush...
So your user name references amsterdam not as i had thought a cockney mad hamster 😂

Whichever the case is, we'll be changing our KO times on a regular basis. In the Championship 10 teams will be affected every weekend, that's almost half the division, so every other weekend. In Lg 1, it'll be 6 to 8 teams affected every weekend, if we stay down, we'll be affected most weekends.
They dont give a 💩about fans who actually go to games and want to support club with a season ticket. If you work normal full-time working week and travel couple of hours to games any mon- fri evening matches are challenging not just trying to switch hours but extra traffic, higher train fares etc. Same for those on shift patterns sorted in advance of sky cut-off to rearrange matches when they cant change shifts later.
Still undecided re renewing next year entirely due to this deal nothing else. Its a lot of money if you just cant go to a lot of matches -

We were worth a draw well done all
PS
When did Pompey sign a fox?
NML was in acres of space heading for goal when he sneaked on.
Hate Foxes
Yes NML mentioned he hated it too on instagram! But yes def worth a draw - looked so good streaming forward at times - was really encouraged for run in. Cant bear to think about it!
🦊also searching for the the fox emoji this came up 👨🦳 - @iRam is it you?!

A colleague said to me "you're up now arent you" this morning - then treated him to a long lesson on the years of Derby disappointment and blowing it at the last moment. Feel he will never mention football to me again 😂
Please Derby 🤞🤞🤞

Few exciting options off bench compared to what they had so happy with that. Too emotionally invested but someone at work just messaged to say how much they enjoyed it especially compared to top of EPL this weekend!

Have we got any forum members who have done, or are close to doing, the current 92 grounds ?
I'm up to 86 now having added Stevenage & Leyton Orient to my list this season.
All but one have been watching Derby
My remaining 6 are Wrexham, Harrogate, Barrow, Colchester, Crawley & Sutton
Obviously several of my list have been at former grounds but they still count
I hope you never make it to a full-house watching us but I guess there are cup games!

He seems to play the odd game then disappears, but is never mentioned by Warne re returning players.
There's been a few like that this season really - never really get it. You're right Elder had what many agreed was his best game for Derby then he's sort of disappeared. Fornah is another
