I can’t say that was enjoyable. I thought Nyambe was excellent.  Nelson continues to impress and Fozzy is just Fozzy, what a player he is. Defence looks OK.
Collins, Washington and Waghorn however can’t control a football. But we all knew that and seemingly we appear happy with it so I guess that’s what it is. Waghorn is no McGoldrick though is he and playing there probably makes him look worse than he is. He offered nothing and has to be creative and involved if playing there. 
Let’s focus on the clean sheet and pretend that the whole thing didn’t happen, which shouldn’t be too hard.

What utter nonsense. Everyone at the club has talked of winning promotion this season as the aim. Warne has even targeted top 3. Our budget at the very least is top 6, and a chance of it actually being the highest wage bill in the league this season. We are 8 games in, sit 9th in the table thanks to an over reliance on set pieces and Waggy magic, whilst performing more like a bottom half side not far off the relegation spots.
Anything less than promotion this season is a failure.

Wanchope sent off and Jonathan Hunt scored if I remember correctly. Atmosphere was electric. Derby fans are at their best when there is a sense of injustice-see relegation / administration year.

Think there was a dispute from them about a throw in or something as well which led to one of our goals. Bunch of cheats. The warning signs were there as to what a set of tossers they were. 

Exactly I mentioned this a couple weeks ago. Before we hired Warne the first footballing thing Clowes should have done was figure out what style of football should this club adopt and what will fans enjoy and then hired a manager who fits that or a director of football to implement this from a wider club standpoint so therefore we are impenetrable from the manager merry go round. Currently we have a plan in which if Warne goes by sacking or if he gets snatched by being successful (if pig's fly!) then what? What direction do we go next?
It's so counter-intuitive to not have every single age group playing the same formation because you have potentially a talent in the youth who could never make his breakthrough because the first teams tactic's are so alien to them. Max Bird is an early example. He's been moulded by playing 4-3-3 learning off Thorne/Huddlestone. From what i've seen of the Under 21 and 18's they both still playing 4-2-3-1. How are we ever going to find out if there is a wing back in the youth for Warne's 5-3-2 if that's the case.
Arguably i think the majority of us enjoy a possession based 4-3-3/4-2-3-1 because that's what we've been used to over the last 10 years that's why Warne's football is so grating to a lot of us because we have not been used to this style of play. You could say patience and time could help it but I just see clear gaps in the future progression of the club on the pitch.
