Yeah that's what I'm reading this.
If we fail p and s we're doomed.
EFL are determined for us to be relegated so it will be.
If we are relegated there's a good chance we'll be in admin and we'll struggle.
That's not actually what it says at all.... The final paragraph says that the fixture list will be based on the final standings pending any appeal which to me says, accept the fine and file the accounts.
Tbf i think Derby would be best served to do just that and move on. They must already have the accounts recalculated and ready as the minimum we'd have gotten was refiling the accounts with the preferred way of doing it so they can't have just sat there and not done them surely?
You'd hope that the stadium sale being in there somewhere would mean we avoid any further ffp issues.... I'm sure it was written somewhere that the resubmitted accounts would have us just under the threshold with the last two seasons showing a much better position but can't find it

I much prefer the black and white as there aren't many teams that play in non striped black and white and I feel we are known as playing in black and white.
I wouldn't object to going back to Navy and White for a season tho but tons of teams play in those colours and I like us being relatively unique.

I've just unsubscribed. No chance I'm paying that, especially in off season.
Surprised so many feel 25quid per month is reasonable, especially when you don't even know the number of games you'll get to watch given all the broadcasting restrictions.
To put it into perspective:
- ESPN+ is $5 per month (~GBP 3.50)
- DAZN is $150 CAD (~GBP 87) per year, or $12.50 per month (~GBP 7)
(And I'm not even going to talk about Amazon subscriptions which now include sports)
Its outrageous the EFL feel they can justify 3-5x these prices for essentially 90-210 minutes of programming per week (restrictions not applying). AND, feel they can still charge these amounts in the offseason when there is literally nothing to watch on the platforms.
I could just about stomach GBP12.50 per month and I even thought that was expensive. To double that with absolutely no explanation is criminal. I'd be very surprised to see subscription volumes remain at 50% of what they are today, and I'm expecting clubs to take another hit at a time when they could do with all the income they can get. Be interested to know what consultation this got with clubs and what the initial position was. Once again, football is taking the mikey out of fans. What next, a 50 quid replica shirt? oh wait...
Or three 50 quid replica shirts.... Per season

I’ll never forget when I bought a game on RamsTV whilst on holiday in France and it wouldn’t work. I emailed the RamsTV help and they replied telling me that I was using an illegal VPN so they would not be helping. I then replied with a picture of myself stood in the Alps and they soon sorted it out for me!
I do think £25 is still good value for money. I understand that it’s a 100% increase but if the money is going in to the club and not to a third party then what’s another £10ish a month really?
I’d happily pay £10 per match, so no issues at £25 a month.
I think there's a valid question in here as in who gets the money?
It's just a double the price increase really, it's not bad value really just on top of sky, BT or whatever the equivalent is in the US or Europe

He was trending on Twitter, was hoping something more relevant to us.
Turns out he feels qualified to pick the England team. Personally I think he's way off the mark with Foden comments - what does he know about effective wingers.
Another ridiculously cynical post.... he has a newspaper column, what's he going write about.... Carrots? RuPauls Drag race?
Hes a pundit, just like Shearer, Jenas, Linekar, Richards et al..... I feel that England's record goalscorer might about forward play.... Commenting on it is much different to doing it in a match...
But don't let that stand in the way of having a dig for no reason eh?

Up for auction? Yikes, Mrs @loweman2 has no idea what’s arriving in her front garden very soon ?
It's be really good if they did a small version that you could have as an ornament and then a bigger version for a garden ornament or something like that....

Good to see other teams benefiting from our academy! ?
Yeah I mean it's not like we've signed players form West ham, Arsenal and Chelsea's academy in the last year for nothing!! We must be a terrible option....
I think everyone needs to take a chill pill, players get released from academy football all the time, Fapetu had been at Arsenal ten years....
Brown looks decent but is he better than Buchanan? No he's not so actually he's gonna be sat on the bench at best, if Lausanne offer him a good deal and first team football, why wouldn't he go? Why is that Derby's fault? Maybe we should be thinking well actually we've already got one academy left back in the first team so that's a real bonus.
Yes, it's probs a bit annoying we didn't get to sell him but the Telegraph says we will get compensation anyway so not sure why we are getting our knickers in a twist?
Id be more concerned about Ebosele signing as I think he looks a beast.... But again, we might have offered him a contract 6 months ago we don't know that they've only just done it

It is a poor show that we’ve left it so late to get Brown and Ebosele signed up. More incompetence from our chief exec maybe? As for Marriott I don’t see how the EFL can step in there. If he had the option for an extra year it’s very common for clubs to trigger that, regardless of whether they really want to keep him. Lots of clubs offer extra years in order to get a fee. Bizarre.
How do you know we haven't been in negotiations with them for months, maybe they had other offers and wanted to go? That he's gone abroad is interesting as I think if you go to a different country the club signing you doesn't have to pay any compensation..... Which presumably goes into the players and agents pockets!!

Bloody Jozwiak has done more in ten minutes for Poland than his last 5 games for Derby, just goes to show what playing in a confident side does for ya.... He will be a star for us if we can get him a better more confident side to play in
I really like him as a player and fingers crossed we keep him and he's a breakout star next year

Any clues? And don't say black and white lol

Just what we need while Bielik is injured and when he's back would form one of the best midfields in the division.
He's one who can still improve I think with better plyers around him, watched a fair bit of Rotherham at the end of the season and think he would be a great signing ...

That's just the academy training kit.
Yeah I know that, but it's not the training kit that they had this year is it? Didn't they all have the same black with the weird camo down the arms like the first team? I'd be very surprised if we had a specific academy kit

Southampton announced their new kit today.
Mind, they have a new supplier, know which league they'll be in, have sponsors in place.
Here's the scary bit:
"The shirt is also integrated with Augmented Reality technology that fans can scan with their smartphones to bring the shirt to life and gain access to exclusive content, including a 3D James Ward-Prowse in their living room."
Who would we have in our living room? Kaz? He's been round the world now could be literally everywhere lol
As an aside tho, that's a damn nice kit, Hummel are smashing it over the last few years
Tbf Umbro have done a good job, hopefully there will be some nods to the championship winning team
I like the stand names on the Hem, you could have the squad from that year in the hem of the shirt
Nice ideas

Here’s the one I worked up for last year – so it’ has the 32 Red sponsors logo, and it’s using the Bukhta away kit from 93/94 that @Ramarena mentioned too. I shared it on my Twitter and Facebook, but not here.
I really like that, I reckon white sleeves with the pinstripes in black and then the cuff of the short and the collate being black with the blue as a trim would look ace

To be sure you could easily join one of the supporters groups?
I'm not a member of Ramstrust or a poet, but I'm glad to see that their letter has encouraged the Club to re-engage with it's supporters. I'm sure (lol, not really) all Derby fans are encouraged by the communication, as it seems very positive.
Tbf I was a RamsTrust member for a good few years, back in the bad old days lol....
Thats why I put it as I know, on occasion, personal opinions were put forward as the wider group.
-
Well this season has been no picnic, on fact it's really took the biscuit
-
Hopefully people (looking at you RamsTrust, 84 group etc) will acknowledge that the club, while not obliged to do so, have responded to the unnecessary whims and replied to thier letter and this is seen as a positive.
While not saying anything a person with half a brain cell couldnt deduce from the current situation, perhaps having it written down for them in nice bite sized pieces 'officially' will out them back in thier boxes.
That being said, that the club have also agreed to a virtual meet in very positive and both parties do deserve credit if this goes ahead, I just hope these groups do actually canvas the fans questions not just thier own....

But all of those players were at the club before the time he suggested we should have signed them.
Cairney has fewer than 50 PL apps to his name. Hard to argue against Hendrick being better. So too Hughes.
Spending another £2.6m on a winger when we're already overflowing in that position would have been even more irresponsible.
Judge hasn't played more than a half season in the Championship since 15/16. We're lucky to have avoided that one.So sell them and bring in the better players? I think that's his point.... He would have changed the squad as those there weren't good enough and we seemed to have the money to get players that would have been better.
No saying Judge would have had the same injuries with us although it's likely with our record ?
Cairney is a different player to Hendrick but I would say he's a more talented footballer in terms of ability. I think Hendrick was great at what he did.
I always wanted us to sign Jack Cork way back when, I think he'd have been a quality player for us

That Blue looks reminiscent of the trim colour from the recent Bukta kit they've re released.... Would have to say love it if it was based on those kits
