What's the gain?
When have we ever benefited from doing it?
Is that a serious question?
He's trying to improve the quality of the football we play. Can you not see that?
We're down, he knows that. He's trying to instill proper football.
Adopting long ball would be so ducking easy. I admire that he isn't.

Derby play long ball football (last season) - whine and blame Rooney based on results.
Derby play passing football (this season) - whine and blame Rooney based on results.
Roos 100% for their first, Sunday league control. Stop blaming the manager.

Play percentages.
The tactic has been sussed. They had attackers ready to pounce. It doesn't even have any plus points because he hoofs it anyway.
If it goes well, what do we gain? A 10 yard longer punt?
A 4 foot pass isn't a percentage pass?
Jeez.

Here's what you hear from Roos supporters:
Anybody could have made that mistake.
He was put in a poor situation.
It's not his fault he has a poor team in front of him.
He's good at distributing the ball.
Yawn
A good shot stopper like he is, will have all sorts of excuses being given on his behalf because when he makes a good save it looks great.
But the guy is incompetent on the overall scale. The design may be have been poor, but only because Rooney expected his team/keeper to do the basics.
Roos can't do the basics. Get him out. We're going down so let's roll the dice on a compromising youngster because he's an utter waste is space.

Roos being Roos. What does anybody expect?
A reasonable shot stopper deficient in every other area.

This looks pretty incredible, especially the myth-exploding.
Wish I had the Disney channel.
Anybody plan on watching it?

After a hiatus of what must be close to 20 years we started watching Never Mind the Buzzcocks again.
The episode we watched last night which I have no clue if it's the latest one or not as we never watch anything *live* with Bez and Shaun Ryder from The Happy Monday in had us both crying with laughter. Greg Davies is childish, predictable, profane and utterly hilarious.

A Rams forum I'm on called Rams on Demand has a running total as per the screenshot that seems to renew about every two months although not sure on that and the target always seems to get hit and I've donated several times. People always know where the board is with costs.
I know you're reluctant to ask people, but I also think more people would want to help if they knew you were out of pocket.
As I said last time, if @Rev hadn't mentioned the donate link I'd have never noticed it.
I'll set up a monthly payment and if I hadn't just got a £2.5k vets bill on the back of needing new glasses and dental work (who knew both cost more over here than in the US for duck's sake?) I'd have made it more.

You're probably right because I'm just seeing ads for womens underwear.

It depends on your advertising settings. If you have them turned off then google will show up what it thinks you will want to see based on the time of day you’re looking at the page, along with the average type of user of the page.
so basically some of you like to look at some weird poo late at night and something similar will appear as an advert on here.
Time of day isn't a factor (at least not one of any real importance) but the page you're on or your geographical location are super important.
Maybe @Angry Ram is from the Wolverhampton area or just likes reading about all things canis lupus. Nothing wrong with that, but it really sin't random, something fishy is going on.

Even if everyone keeps their pledges we are looking at a rise of 2.4c which is horrific. in 10 years time China and India will be the biggest polluters and unless they plan for a coal free future the planet is on it's harris.
The planet will bounce back.
Humans may not though.

I never forgave them for covering Red, Red, Wine.
Their first (I think) release of the double A-side 1 in 10 and King was brilliant though and I had the 7" until I got drunk and sold all my vinyl.
I also loved this track and the album it was on.
